This tent is made with fabric that meets CPAI-84 specifications for the flame resistance. It is not fire proof. The fabric will burn if left in continuous contact with any flame source. The application of any foreign substance to the tent fabric may render the flame-resistance properties ineffective. 2) When assembling and using this product, basic safety precautions must always be followed to reduce the risk of personal injury and damage to product or surroundings. D o not cook or barbeque under the canopy. 3) Notice: This gazebo / pergola is intended as a temporary shade structure, not a permanent structure. As a result the canopy / top must be removed during heavy rain, winds, or inclement weather including but not limited to thunderstorms, hurricanes, snow, and sleet. Failure to do so will risk damage to the canopy / top and the structure of the unit itself. Damage occurred to the unit from not removing the top is not covered by the manufacturer. 4) Always install on level ground utilizing tie down cords and ground stakes. This garden house cannot be permanently staked or attached to concrete floor or platform. 5) Garden house fabrics are water resistant but no waterproof and may leak during precipitation. Fabrics will fade from direct exposure to Sunlight. Keep all flame and heat sources away from canopy and netting. 6) Keep all children and pets away from assembly area. 7) Begin assembly not less than 6 feet from any obstruction such as fence, garage, house, overhanging branches, clothes line or electrical wires. 8) Some parts may contain sharp edges, wear protective gloves if necessary. At least two or more people are recommended for safe assembly. 9) Please properly tighten all hardware and perform periodic inspections during usage for cracked welds or loose nuts or bolts. Page 2

From the Tie Backs on the Mosquito Netting M, find the long side and short side of each panel. Attach the mosquito netting up from the inside of the garden house with hook and loop straps according to the long side and short side of frame.

Limited Warranties Garden Houses Aluminum Frame Aluminum frames are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days. Steel Frame Steel frames are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days. General rusting of steel products and frames as a result of exposure to the elements are not covered in this warranty. Exclusions Garden Houses Pacific Casual LLC (Pacific Casual) warrants, to the original retail purchaser only, our products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the period specified above. Defective products must be returned or shipped prepaid with proof of purchase to the Pacific Casual warehouse in California (freight collect will be refused). Prior to returning any Pacific Casual product or parts for warranty inspection, the original retail purchaser must obtain written authorization from a Pacific Casual customer service representative at the phone number listed below or by writing to the Pacific Casual customer service department listed below. After inspection, if it is verified the unit was defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period then Pacific Casual will, at its option, repair or replace this product at no additional charge. This warranty excludes the following: general frame rusting; acts of nature (i.e. wind, rain, fire or freeze); damage caused by improper assembly, accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, negligence and commercial use; discoloration or fading of the finish or fabric as a result of exposure to the elements.
