You can also phone 765-4400 to order your tickets and we will mail them to you. On Facebook and in our weekly email blast we will be showing some of the awesome auction items we have collected. It is going to be a lot of fun! Party at the Palace/Chamber Auction Marland Mansion Friday, August 21 st The Ponca City Area Chamber of Commerce has one fundraiser every other year and it is the Party at the Palace/Chamber Auction. This is the year to have our fundraiser and the date has been set for Friday, August 21 st at the Marland Mansion starting at 6:30 p.m. Ticket price is only $25 per person and they are available at the Chamber Office, 5 th and Grand Avenue. Everyone is welcome to attend this Chamber event; you do not have to be a member of the Chamber to attend. Bill Coleman with Team Radio Marketing Group is the Chair for this year s event. Your ticket gets you outstanding food catered by Head Country BBQ as well as 2 drink tickets from the bar served by Ground Round s Marc & Kathy Leavell and crew. There will be great music from 7 11 p.m. provided by Sean Anderson. The event takes place on the lower level of the Marland Mansion, both inside and outside. The auction will feature both live and silent bidding with almost 150 auction items donated so far. Some of the items include sports packages; sports memorabilia, Bedlam and other game tickets; cooking packages; shopping packages; Thunder tickets; several getaways including Las Vegas, Grand Lake, Branson and New Mexico; several golf outings; hot air balloon ride, decorative items; unique themed OU, OSU and K-State baskets; a framed Green Bay jersey signed by Lane Taylor, Kansas City Chief s team signed football including our own Adam Schlitz, just to name a few of the items we will have. After August 1 st, all auction items will be listed on the Chamber website at www.poncacitychamber.com. Also check out the Chamber s Facebook page for all the different auction items. Business Partner of the Month Spotlight with The Ranch Chiropractic Wellness Center The Ranch Chiropractic Wellness Center is owned and operated by Jerimy and Amy Cox along with their Associate Doctor, Eric Crane. The Ranch Chiropractic Wellness Center was established in 2007 in Ponca City, Oklahoma. They are involved with organizations and events in Ponca City such as the March of Dimes, Organization Autism Research, AMBUCS, Positive Impact and many Ponca City athletics programs. The Ranch Chiropractic Wellness Center provides customers with chiropractic needs such as graston technique, kinsio taping, gonstead, Thompson drop, myofascial release and other diversified treatments. The Ranch Chiropractic Wellness Center offers a natural form of pain relief for patients of all ages and continues to attribute their business success to their patients. The 30 th Ponca City Leadership Class will be introduced on Wednesday, August 12 th, during the orientation/luncheon at 12:00 p.m. at Pioneer Technology Center. Bill Coleman, Chair of the Ponca City Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, will be the speaker. Cost to attend the luncheon is $15. Leadership Alumni are welcome to attend the luncheon and can RSVP by phoning the Chamber at 765-4400. This is the first activity for the new class. They will spend the day together getting to know each other and learning about what to expect for the year. They will hear from leadership chairs MaryBeth Moore, Daren Wilson, Kevin Kreger and Erin Liberton along with other speakers. Bill Coleman, Chamber Chair, presents Brook Lindsay, with Lindsay Manufacturing, a plaque of appreciation for her service to the Tourism Bureau. Brook has been on the Tourism Bureau for 3 years and was Chair this year. Travis Colson with RCB Bank will be the 2015-2016 Tourism Bureau Chair.
