FAQs 1. WHAT IS THE UNLIMITED? Upon arrival at our UK Theme Parks and when showing your pass, you will be presented with a VIP Fastrack wristband. This will allow you to join the Fastrack queues for all rides that offer Fastrack. This guide provides a full list of where you need to enter on each ride at each attraction. 2. WHAT ARE GOLDEN EXPERIENCES? You have 2 golden experiences in your pack for you to use at anytime (as long as your pass is valid). Check out the list of experiences and how to book on www.merlinannualpass.co.uk/vip-golden-ticket.aspx 3. CAN MY FRIENDS HAVE TOO? You have 2 celebration tickets in your pack and with these, you can bring a friend along to any of our attractions. If you bring them to a UK Theme Park, they will be entitled to the Unlimited Fastrack wristband too. Please note that this doesn t apply to Friends and Family tickets purchased. 4. ARE SPECIAL EVENTS INCLUDED? Special events (including concerts, scaremazes, FRIGHT NIGHTS) are not included with your V.I.P. Merlin Annual Pass, but discounted tickets may be available for V.I.P. Passholders. We aim to announce special events, booking information and your Passholder discount on our Official Facebook Page so keep an eye out for this! FAQs 30
5. WHAT IS GLOBAL ENTRY? Your V.I.P. Merlin Annual Pass allows your entry to over 105 Merlin Attractions worldwide. All you need to do is show your V.I.P. pass at admissions to gain free entry. Check out the V.I.P. website for all attractions included, including anything NEW coming up! Not all of our global attractions are included so if you re unsure, ask us! Ultimate Fastrack, drinks capsule free refills, Celebration tickets and Golden Experience tickets are for use in the UK only and cannot be used abroad. 6. ARE SECONDARY ATTRACTIONS INCLUDED? Go Ape at Chessington World of Adventures is not included. The Alton Towers Waterpark, Alton Towers Extraordinary Golf and the Castle Dungeon at Warwick Castle are all included.
