demand a clearance from the Committee in case it has not been so pleaded and in the absence of the clearance, the proceedings would not be proceeded with. In view of the order, quoted above, Mr. Ravinder Kapur, the learned Counsel, of the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the application to approach the Committee on Disputes for obtaining clearance with liberty of approaching this Authority on being permitted to do so by the Committee on Disputes. Having accepted the submission of the learned Counsel we permit him to withdraw the application with the liberty to approach the Authority after obtaining clearance of the Committee on Disputes.
