There is an Excel file that has been forwarded to all clubs with the Call to Meet that clubs are required to complete and e-mail to the host club prior to the registration deadline. 1
The Excel registration form and payment must be received by the host club on Wednesday March 27th, 2013 at 5:00 pm. Post-dated cheques will NOT be accepted and will be considered as a late payment. No refunds except with medical petition. REGISTRATION DEADLINE Wednesday March 27th, 2013 at 5:00 pm LATE FEES $25.00 per athlete for all registrations received after Wednesday March 27th, 2013. Late fees must be paid in full by cash or certified cheque prior to the competition or the athlete(s) will not be permitted to compete. Late fees will be applied to clubs who do not submit a fully completed excel registration form, in addition to full payment, by the registration deadline to the host club. The scoring software used will be the Integrated Sports System Meet Management Suite for this event. COACH ELIGIBILITY COMPETITION RULES DD CARDS ATHLETE & COACH ATTIRE on site. Coaches will receive a complete results package. All on-site coaches MUST bring their Coach ID Tag, provided by Gymnastics Ontario, to the competition. All coaches must be Gymnastics Ontario members with a minimum of NCCP Level Two Fully Certified Gymnastics or Trampoline. Trampoline coaches must have Level 3 Tech. All coaches must be listed on the attached registration form. If a coach is not registered on the attached form, he / she must be prepared to show proof of GO membership and NCCP certification on-site at the competition to gain access to the competition floor. Refer to the Gymnastics Ontario 2012-13 Trampoline & Tumbling Technical Rules. DD Cards must be handed in prior to the start of each specific warm-up. They are available on the Gymnastics Ontario website at the following link; http://www.gymnasticsontario.ca/forms/ for athletes and coaches to complete prior to the competition. The host club is not required to have blank DD Cards available at the competition, coaches and athletes must arrive at the meet prepared.
