Our travel agent gave us two weeks to confirmed and pay the deposit of US$600.00 so that they could pay their booking with the airlines and hotel reservation. Come now the deadline, we were not able to pay for the confirmed minimum number of participants at 30 and a maximum of 50 passengers. As such we have lost our reservation which was via Narita to Chicago. We were force to immediately look for another travel agent to handle the arrangement of our trip to Print USA in Chicago. Fortunately, we were able to look for another travel agent which was able to offer a better deal for us, this time through Cathay Pacific Airways via Hongkong to Chicago, USA.
