And, when the sun sets into the Gulf the backdrop is simply majestic. BEACHSIDE WEST GREEN This event site boasts the most magnificent view of the Emerald Coast s picturesque sunsets. Our manicured green is bordered by the Preserve, kisses the white sand shoreline and includes a small covered deck. Accommodates 100-150 guests. BEACHSIDE EAST GREEN This event lawn offers a view of the Emerald Coast as far as the eye can see. Accommodates 100-150 guests. ROOFTOP TERRACE Host a mixer, private dinner or meeting on the 2,200 square foot rooftop with the best view of the Gulf. It is an open air space, partially covered. Accommodates 190 guests.
