Before You Begin Ceck to make sure you ave te following: Parts List *1 piece Stainless Steel Firebowl *4 pieces Steel Fire Screen (A,B,C,D) *1 piece Fire Screen Handle (wit pre-assembled nut) *1 set Decorative Stand Assembly: Includes: 3 legs, 1 large ring, 1 small ring *1 piece FireScreen Lift Tool *1 piece Steel Log Grate Tools Required: Screw driver(not included). *Hardware: Cross ead bolt (6 pcs) Fire Screen A Fig.1 Fig.2 D F m l Nut (9 pcs) Small bolts (8 pcs) Fig.4 C B Fig.3 Fig.5 Assembled Firepit Preparation Remove all parts from packing and ceck to make sure you ave all parts described in Before You Begin section above. Spread out parts on a soft, level surface to avoid scratcing parts. Assembly Instructions Step 1 : * Attac 3 legs of te decorative stand to te large ring. Align treaded oles on te large ring wit pre-drilled oles in te tops of te legs. Secure wit cross ead bolts () and and tigten. See Fig.1. * Attac small ring to middle brackets locate on decorative legs. Position small ring into te cannels. Align oles and insert cross ead bolts () and and tigten. See Fig. 1. * Make sure all stand components are square to one anoter and te entire assembly is level wit te floor. Ten tigten all cross ead bolts securely wit screwdriver. Step 2: *Identify te 4 fire screen components and lay tem out on te floor. Make sure you ave A,B,C,D (four pieces of screen.) Te letters are marked on eac piece of screen. *Stack four screens and make sure screen A and B are above C and D. See Fig. 2. Loosen nut on te andle and insert andle troug screen top ole. Tigten nut onto andle from inside of te screen. Do not over tigten. *Connect bottom oles on eac screen togeter using small bolts (l) and nuts (m). See Fig. 3. Te bolts must always be fastened towards te inside of te screen assembly. You need one bolt (l) and nut (m) to fasten two screen lids togeter. See Fig.4. *Connect middle oles on four screens using te same metod. Step 3: *Place bowl onto leg assembly. Note: Ridge line on firebowl sould be resting on upper rim or leg assembly. Make sure bowl is level and square wit leg assembly. *Place steel log grate onto bottom ridge of bowl so tat it lays flat. Place assembled fire screen onto te fire bowl centering it and making sure it is level. See Fig. 5. CAUTION: NEVER use your ands to open or close te screen wen ot. Use te lift tool provided. 2

TOXIC carbon monoxide fumes can accumulate and cause aspyxiation. 3. Tis fire pit is NOT for commercial use. 4. Tis fire pit is NOT to be operated by cildren. 5. Tis fire pit is NOT to be used in or on boats or recreational veicles. 6. Always use in accordance wit all applicable local, state and national codes. Contact your local fire department for details on outdoor burning. 7. Wen using tis fire pit, exercise te same precautions you would wit any open fire. 8. Te use of alcool, prescription or non-prescription drugs may impair te consumer s ability to properly assemble or safely operate tis fire pit. 9. Do NOT use tis fire pit witout reading te entire Owner s Manual. 10. Tis fire pit is for use wit dry, seasonal ardwood. It will burn otter, more completely and create less smoke. 11. Do NOT burn carcoal briquets, lump carcoal, manufactured logs, driftwood, tras, leaves, paper, cardboard, plywood, painted or stained or pressure treated wood. Avoid using softwoods suc as pine or cedar tat can trow sparks. 12. Do NOT alter tis fire pit in any manner. 13. Do NOT use tis fire pit until it is COMPLETELY assembled and all parts are securely fastened and tigtened. 14. Do NOT store or use gasoline or oter flammable vapors or liquids in te vicinity of tis or any oter appliance. 15. Do NOT store or use an LP gas cylinder witin 10 feet (3.05m) of tis fire pit wile it is in operation. 16. Do NOT use tis fire pit near automobiles, trucks, vans or recreational veicles. 17. Do NOT use in an explosive atmospere. Keep outdoor area clean and free from combustible materials, gasoline and oter flammable liquids. 18. Do NOT use tis fire pit under any overead or near any unprotected combustible constructions. Avoid using near or under overanging trees and srubs. 19. Always use tis fire pit on a ard, level non-combustible surface suc as concrete, rock or stone. An aspalt or blacktop surface may not be acceptable for tis purpose. Do NOT use on wooden decks. 20. Always empty tis fire pit before eac use. 21. Do NOT wear flammable or loose cloting wen operating tis fire pit. 22. Do NOT use in windy conditions. 23. Do NOT use tis fire pit unless fire screen is securely in place. 24. Do NOT use gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel, ligter fluid or alcool to ligt or religt fires. 25. Keep all electrical cords away from a ot fire pit. 26. All surfaces of tis fire pit are ot wen in operation. To avoid burns, do NOT touc fire pit until it as completely cooled unless you are wearing protective gear (Potolders, gloves, BBQ mittens, ot pads & etc.). Never touc ases or coals to see if tey are ot. 27. Do NOT leave a lit fire pit unattended, especially around cildren and pets. 28. Do NOT attempt to move or store tis fire pit until all ases and coals are completely extinguised. 29. Do NOT remove ases or coals until tey are completely and fully extinguised. 30. Use eat-resistant gloves or ot pads wen contacting andles. 31. Use long, sturdy firepit tools wen adding or moving logs. 32. Do NOT place wood directly into bottom of te fire pit. Place wood only on te wood grid. 33. Do NOT overload te fire pit. Do not add additional firewood until te fire burns down. NOTICE: If any portion of te bowl lid or spark guards of tis fire pit are glowing red it is overloaded. 34. Do NOT lean over tis fire pit wen ligting or wen in use. 35. Do NOT place a ot fire screen or ot fire pit tools onto combustible surfaces suc as grass, wooden deck or furniture. 36. Avoid breating smoke from te fire and avoid getting it into your eyes. 37. Tis fire pit sould be torougly inspected and cleaned on a regular basis. 38. After a period of storage and/or non-use, ceck for sigs of damage and creosote build-up. Do NOT operate until necessary repairs and/or cleanup are executed. 39. Deats, serious injury or damage to property may occur if te above is not followed exactly. CAUTION: It is not recommended to use tis fire pit (fire place) on a wooden or oter combustible surface or any surface tat is not entirely resistant to ig eat. However, if you intend to use tis item on a wooden deck oter combustible surface or any surface tat is not entirely resistant to ig eat, you must use a non-flammable and eat resistant material suc as concrete pavers, brick or stone between te fire pit (fire place) and te surface. 3 3

Cleaning and Care Inspecting: Tis outdoor fire pit sould be inspected on a regular basis to ensure product safety and longer product life. Do NOT attempt to inspect tis outdoor fire pit until te fire is COMPLETELY out and fire pit is COOLED COMPLETELY. 1. Ceck andle on Spark Guard/Firescreen to make sure it is secure. 2. Ceck all parts for signs of damage or rust. 3. If you find any damaged parts, do NOT operate until repairs and/or replacement as been done. Cleaning Tis outdoor fire pit sould be cleaned on a regular basis to promote a safer experience and longer product life. NOTE: After repeated use, a sligt discoloration of te finis may occur. Do NOT attempt to clean tis outdoor fire pit until te fire is COMPLETELY out and te fire pit as cooled completely. Do NOT use oven cleaner or abrasive cleaners as tey will damage tis product. Do NOT clean any part of tis outdoor fire pit in a self cleaning oven as it may damage te finis. 1. Wipe exterior surfaces wit a mild diswasing detergent or baking soda. 2. For stubborn surfaces, use a citrus based degreaser and a nylon scrubbing brus. 3. Rinse wit clean water. 4. Remove built-up creosote from components wit a cimney cleaning product. Storage Do NOT move or store tis outdoor fire pit until te fire is COMPLETELY out and te fire pit as cooled COMPLETELY. 1. Once te fire is out, coals are cold and outdoor fire pit is cool to te touc, remove ases and dispose of properly. 2. It is best to cover te outdoor fire pit wit a protective vinyl cover. 3. Store assembled in a location away from cildren and pets. NOTE: If you do not use a protective cover for your fire pit, ten store tis outdoor fire pit in a dry location to maximize product life. FireSense products are made to resist premature rusting. However, eventually, all metals will rust. Some environments promote premature rusting of metals. For best results, at te first sign of rust or oter corrosion, use an emery clot, metal-grade sand paper or a rotary tool to buff away te blemis and touc up te spot wit rust-resistant spray paint available at local ardware stores. 4
