We offer a unique concept of supply chain management designed to suit customer needs whilst adding value to the project. We provide support at all levels of the supply chain from sourcing product, to supply, logistics, storage, delivery, just-in-time on location. Our Company (MITO) (MITO) is an Australian registered company established in April 1997 to supply and manage steel tubular goods and linepipe for the Oil and Gas industry in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. Our head office is located in Perth, and branch offices in Brisbane, Adelaide and Auckland. We implement a business management system accredited to ISO 9001:2008 (Quality) and AS 4801: 2001 (Health & Safety) and driven by a team of professionals experienced in the provision of logistics and technical support for OCTG and Linepipe supply. Products MITO supply all API standard tubing and casings, proprietary grades and premium connections. We have alliances with the best steel mills in the region ensuring the stability and security of pipe supply across a range of products. OCTG We offer various grades of carbon steel OCTG products to suit customers needs. We specialize in corrosion resistant materials that include 13% Chrome and carbon steel materials. Linepipe We can supply a wide size range of linepipe at large quantities. Products such as UOE Pipe (Straight Seam Double Submerged Arc Welded Pipe), High Frequency Welded (HFW) Pipe, Seamless Pipe (SMLS), Corrosion Resistance Claded Pipe and Weldable 12% Chrome Line Pipe are available for various special services i.e. Offshore and Sour Gas. We also organize all internal and external coating requirements for customers. Accessories We also supply various types of accessories including pups, crossovers, coupling and protectors. Services Total Tubular Management (TTM) We offer a unique concept of supply chain management designed to suit customer needs whilst adding value to the project. We call this Total Tubular Management. We are currently managing OCTG inventories for major oil companies which range from 30 conductor to production tubing and work strings. Our business model is collaborative and aligns with the customer's requirements. This collaboration focuses on accurate planning and delivering total project cost savings improving profitability for customers by sustaining their Return on Investment Our TTM services include: Procurement & Technical defining requirements of materials and project schedule Logistics arranging transportation, providing quality assurance and tracking delivery to the desired destination Storage & Inventory Management provide storage facilities, inventory control and maintenance during storage Surplus Management best use analysis of surplus pipe, including sourcing buyers for surplus from within our local and global networks. TTM offers customers a tailored service with complete end-to-end assurance. Total Tubular Management starts with the customer identifying their forecasted requirements and specifications. MITO then arrange to have the pipe manufactured and delivered to a nominated location. MITO manages each step of the process relieving the customer of the supply chain risk and administration. Close coordination between MITO and the customer ensures the timely forecasting of product and on schedule delivery. Assurance documentation, live tracking of contract KPIs, and inventory balances are available to the customer in real-time through MITO s contract management system MCMS. Technical Resources In-Country MITO employs a dedicated Product Quality Manager with specialised experience in QA/QC supervision specific to OCTG, well servicing and well construction. Logistics Services MITO has established subcontracts with a number of transport companies for the movement of OCTG through-out onshore Australia and New Zealand. We conduct audits on each company annually and verify the competence of each driver involved in the transport of our goods. Page 9 of 15
Facility Capabilities Storage MITO has a combined storage area in Australia of over 200,000 m², with rack capacity in excess of 120,000 metric tonnes of OCTG. In Western Australia we have storage area of 70,000 m², over 160 storage racks and capacity of approximately 50,000 metric tonnes. We have storage facilities in New Plymouth (NZ). We manage five major storage yards to service Eastern Australia and PNG and facilities in Singapore.
