Attached you will find some information about the camp and the activities we will be participating in during the week, as well as a Registration Form, Release, and Suggested Packing List. Please review the information and return the completed forms along with a copy of your child s medical insurance card as soon as possible. The cost per camper is $190. If a student declines a meal because of illness, they will not be able access to their personal spending money until after the next appointed meal. Please let a church leader know in advance about ANY dietary restrictions. Medications: No medication is allowed in the dorms over the counter or prescription. All medication must be taken to the first aid station. Please send detailed written instructions with any medication, it will be given to the camp nurse and your child will need to visit the nurse s station to take all medication. If your child needs access to over the counter medication (ie, Tylenol, Benadryl, etc.) a counselor will contact you for approval prior to administering.

In addition to adding no value to a camper s experience, these items may be lost or stolen and it is better to leave them home. Counselors have cell phones, children will be permitted to call home as often as necessary, and phone numbers will be distributed if you need to reach your child. WE APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT ON THIS ISSUE! Additional Policies: - Children are not permitted to leave the grounds for any reason without a counselor and permission from a parent or guardian. Children are not permitted in any of the perimeter wooded areas or swimming/fishing areas without a counselor. - Please do not damage any MCC property. - No profanity, immoral conduct of any nature, or immodest dress will be tolerated. - No tobacco, alcoholic beverages, or illegal drugs, nor anyone under the influence of such will be permitted on campgrounds. - Males and females are not permitted to visit one another s dorms/cabins. - Hazing/bullying will not be tolerated.
