presents: summer camp information packet July 23-27 Panama City Beach, FL
What is BigStuf? BigStuf is a ministry full of gifted people who love to share their skills, talents and faith to make a difference in the lives of students. Their desire is to create environments enhancing opportunities to lead students into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. They have been hosting summer camps for middle and high school students for more than 25 years and they are committed to creating the best camp for your students to experience Christ. 2018 Theme: Originals Everything starts somewhere. The greatest movements and the biggest heroes all had a beginning. Before the success, before the fame, before the impact, there was a time when someone dared to be an original. They dared to do something that had never been done, make something that had never been made, go somewhere that no one had gone before. Those stories are what BigStuf 2018 is about. Because whether we realize it or not, we are originals. And we have a story. And our story not only tells us who we are, but clues us into where we re headed. This summer, discover what it means to live like an original. We can t wait because here s one thing we know: originals change the world.

Here is how it works: Students will ask family, friends, neighbors, or anyone else to sponsor them for the car wash events we are doing in the spring of 2018. Sponsors commit to giving a certain amount per car during the events. Example: Grandpa commits to giving the student $0.10 per car. We wash 100 cars between our car wash events. Grandpa would then be giving that student $10 toward camp. Example: A student gets 10 people to sponsor him/her for $0.30 per car and we wash 100 cars, that student would have raised $300 towards the cost of camp. The goal is for the student to get as many people as possible to sponsor him/her. We have had students go for free because of Cars for Camp! ANY CHECKS collected for camp should be made out to Foothills Community Church and ALL money raised during car washes will be used for camp. Dates and Location for Car for Camp are as follows: April 28 and May 19- @ Golden Corner Auto Sales in Seneca
