is Dear STEM Ambassador, We are delighted to bring you August s Inside STEM. The school holidays are almost over so we hope you will find an activity to get involved with in the new academic year. You will find activities at both Primary and Secondary schools, opportunities to attend training courses about Smart Materials and Maths, and a chance to get involved with science festivals. For more information and teacher contact details for any of the opportunities below, please e-mail: ambassadors@dundeesciencecentre.org.uk or call 01382 868 608. Please remember; Always keep us informed about activities you are planning to be involved in. In order to remain an active STEM Ambassador you are required to participate in at least one voluntary activity a year, although we d be delighted if you take part in more. Keep your profile updated or e-mail us with which activities you have taken part in, so you can be credited with your involvement. Tell us what you thought of your experience. This will help us continue to monitor and improve the programme. Please complete the short evaluation. Finally, as a valued partner of Dundee Science Centre, we are delighted to offer FREE admission to 'approved' STEM Ambassadors, during standard admission times. Why not come along and see our new Myths & Monsters exhibition? If you would like to meet up with a member of the team whilst you are here, just email or call in advance. We hope you will find an opportunity of interest, and we look forward to hearing from you soon. Kind regards, Julia Mackay STEM Programmes Manager Rebecca MacLennan Science Learning Officer STEM Programmes
