The Laganview Suite benefits from its own entrance with a breathtaking lobby and a feature staircase. Both suites have a private bar and a dance floor can be added to either floors within the Laganview Suite. A private walled garden with a fountain offers an extra space for your guests.
THE GRAND Ballroom The Grand is the largest ballroom in Belfast facilitating up to 550 guests for a luxurious formal, gala ball or banquet event. BOOkING TeRMS AND CONDITIONS A provisional booking will be held for up to 14 days. A non refundable and non transferable deposit of 600 is required and credited to your final invoice. A further 300 deposit will be required along with your final balance and will be held as a security deposit and returned the day after your event as long as no damage has been caused to the suite. A minimum number of 80 guests applies to all formal bookings. Final numbers and full payment must be received no later than 7 days prior to the event. Package available from Sunday to Thursday. Our staff will require ID for bar service. We have a strict ID policy and anyone under the age of 18 that is suspected of consuming alcohol on or off the premises will be asked to leave. Anyone found with alcohol not purchased from the hotel will be asked to leave.
