KEYS NOTES (Direct Access Cruise Lines) The CRUISE TEAM All cruise fares and cabins booked through the live booking system will only be confirmed when you receive an invoice from The CRUISE TEAM. There is a manual process we need to do within The CRUISE TEAM to provide an invoice. You will initially receive a Booking Advice when you make the booking and we will then send you a confirmation invoice with the CTR number on your invoice (eg CTR-12345). The CTR number is the one we will use for your booking going forward. Contact The Cruise Team to add Air and Land components to your cruise only booking. If you require a complete package product (Flights/Land and Cruise) please contact the Cruise Team to book or quote this package. o Phone 1300 656 366 o Email cruising@thecruiseteam.com.au (24 hour turn around time) - We will only manage bookings made during standard Sydney time, 0900 to 1730 office hours on Monday to Friday Logging-In Trade Website: Enter your Username and Password. The CRUISE TEAM Step 1 Conduct your cruise search. Search by cruise line or search Any. Note: Selecting Any will not return results for WLCL brands. See for more information. Entering the Past Passenger number^ (which should be for the Lead Passenger) may return additional benefits. You can search up to 5 days either side of your specified date. Select Yes if the Lead Passenger is 55+^ which may return senior rates or additional benefits. Enter the cruise line promotion code^ if known. ^Search options are not applicable to all cruise lines. Step 2 Select your required sailing from the results list. Select sailing by clicking More Info If Cruise Deal is displayed this will indicate that an exclusive deal is available. Step 3 Select your Category and Price. The CRUISE TEAM Lead in price and category displayed here. Prices displayed are per person. Available rate codes and descriptions for this cruise departure will be displayed here. The first 3 rate codes will be displayed in 3 columns. Use the drop down menu to select an alternative rate code to compare prices. Move your cursor over the rate code to reveal the rate code description. If a rate code is not applicable to a cabin grade it will be shown as an X Select the category by clicking on the price link for the required category. Trade Website User Guide Created 05/03/2015 4

Step 4 Choose your available cabin. The CRUISE TEAM Choose Cabin by clicking Continue Booking (on selected cabin number) When cabin categories are available across multiple decks, you can select to view the deck plan by clicking on the deck number. Red flashing cabins on the deck plan indicate the available cabin position on each deck. Step 5 Your Basket Check Pricing Info. Itinerary items are displayed here, including any inclusions such as Gratuities and On-Board credits. Check the box to continue the booking process. When hotels are added to the basket, applicable cancellation charges will be available for display. Clicking Agent Info Show/Hide button will enable a display of your commission and nett amount due in the current basket. Trade Website User Guide Created 05/03/2015 5

The CRUISE TEAM Once you have your cruise in the basket, you can now add Hotels to your itinerary. Click on ADD button to begin your hotel search. Clicking Add will enable you to add pre/post cruise hotels to your itinerary. Enter your search criteria then click Search. Trade Website User Guide Created 05/03/2015 6

The CRUISE TEAM Results will be displayed along with filters to refine or sort your search results. Available hotels, room categories and pricing will be displayed here, along with Room Cost (total amount for nights searched) and Holiday Cost (total value of basket if hotel is chosen). Click More Info to view additional hotel information including map location. Click Select to choose the available room type and continue with the booking process. After clicking Select you will be presented with the hotel cancellation policy along with any other important information. Click Choose This Hotel to add to the basket along with the cruise, or Choose Another Hotel to return to the results list. Trade Website User Guide Created 05/03/2015 7

The CRUISE TEAM After the chosen hotel is added to the basked, you can add another hotel by clicking Add or finalise the booking by clicking Continue. Note: you must first acknowledge that you have read and agree to any applicable cancellation policies and charges before the Continue button is enabled. Handy Hints and Important Information 1. Please ensure that the dates for any Pre/Post cruise hotel booking match the departure/arrival date of the cruise. 2. Payment deadlines are as per our Terms and Conditions and generally match the same final payment deadlines as our suppliers. It is important that you read all information regarding cancellations and penalties. 3. For the addition of flights, tours or transfers, please contact our Telephone Sales team who will gladly assist with adding these components to your booking. Step 6 Lead Passenger Information. The CRUISE TEAM Now enter the Lead passenger name. We do not require the passengers address or contact details and you will note that these fields will be populated with your agency details. There is no need to change these details. Note: the Lead Passenger name MUST match, - the Past Passenger number, or, - the relevant 55+ passenger, entered when conducting your cruise search. Failure to do this may result in a failed booking. Step 7 Enter Passenger details for ALL the passengers. Lead passenger details will be carried through to Passenger 1 information. You must add the Date of Birth for this passenger. You can add other supplementary passenger information. You will need to add the details for any additional passengers on the booking. Once done, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Continue. Note: Please ensure all details are correct as any changes to the passenger details beyond this step will need to be actioned by our Telephone Sales staff and fees may be applicable. Step 8 Enter Passenger preferences. The CRUISE TEAM Enter passenger Dining and Bedding preferences. Optional Special requests (eg, Birthday, Honeymoon). Step 9 Booking Completion. The CRUISE TEAM Do we remove this reference or try to explain it? This page displays the products chosen and passenger details you have entered. If any details are incorrect you must call our Telephone Sales team for assistance. A Booking Advice will be emailed to you reflecting these booking details. Option 2 Request to Book The CRUISE TEAM In addition to cruise lines that offer live bookings you can utilise The CRUISE TEAM website to search itineraries with a range of over 50 cruise lines. You can search and request quotes or bookings with these cruise lines via the website. When requesting a booking or quote it is important to provide as much information as possible, such as; - Full passenger names as per passport - Passengers Date of Birth - Cabin type preferences (eg Twin/Double) - Number of passengers travelling is more or less than 2 - Flight details - Land Arrangements number of nights, accommodation preference, transfers, etc Benefits: - Over 50 cruise lines to choose from. - 6 cruise lines with indicative pricing o Coral Princes o Island Escapes o North Star Cruises o Silversea o Uniworld o Viking River Cruises - Request the addition of flights and land arrangements. - 24hr turnaround for booking and quote requests. - Earn Sales Incentive Points where applicable. The CRUISE TEAM Step 3: Choose your Category If our logo is displayed this will indicate a TCT package. These package details will be sent to us through your booking request. Select More Info to continue. Click on A$CALL to select the required cabin category. For cruises with indicative pricing, available lead in price will be displayed. The CRUISE TEAM Step 4: Your Basket Itinerary items are displayed here. You must first acknowledge that you have read and agree to any applicable cancellation policies and charges, which includes any terms and conditions of any package chosen, before the Continue button is enabled. Your contact details will be displayed here. Enter any applicable comments or requests, such as past passenger numbers, meal requests, land or air requirements etc. Enter the passenger names and date of birth. The CRUISE TEAM Confirmation of Request. Once your request is submitted you will receive a confirmation of your request. The CRUISE TEAM will confirm the request within 24 hours.
