When and Where July 1-6, 2018, The Summit The Summit Bechtel Reserve is located about 1 ½ hours southeast of Charleston, West Virginia, and it sits on the New River Gorge National River. It is in the middle of a world renowned recreation area, known for whitewater rafting, kayaking, climbing, mountain biking, and more. We ve invited over 375,000 Venturers, Sea Scouts, Explorers and Venturing-age Scouts to attend.

Registration Reminder Early-registration ends after April 30, and fees increase by $100 per person If you add to your roster or pay fully for a person after April 30, you will pay $100 more

Check-In with SBR and VenturingFest Registration Staff Turn in SBR waivers, whitewater waivers & swim check forms Receive participant wristbands, maps & schedules Receive campsite assignments & parking pass (required to enter site) 4. Depart for Pigott HQ/Campsites Hourly shuttles will be provided during regular hours
