F HOW DOES IT WORK? IT S EASY AS... 1. Contact our office about selecting the most effective and profitable book options that best suits your group. Plan your draw date and the date you want to hand out your raffle books which we suggest is a minimum of six (6) weeks before your draw date. This allows your families/members a selling period of a minimum of four (4) weeks and then a two () week reminder period. 3. Always obtain permits for ACT & WA and your Declared Status for Victoria. Permits are not required: for QLD if your sales are expected to be less than $50,000, for NSW if the value of your prizes are $5,000 or less, for VIC if the value of your prizes are $5,000 or less, for SA if the value of your prizes are $5,000 or less. Each State has their own Rules & Regulations for the operation of raffles. You should make yourself aware of these Rules & Regulations. 4. Download the Information Booking Form from our website www.australianfundraising.com.au or phone our office and we will email or fax one to you. Complete the form; scan it and email it to robert@australianfundraising.com.au or fax it to our office on 07 379 01. Email your emblem/logo to robert@australianfundraising.com.au. To assist you with your cash flow, you only need to pay the 0% First Payment within 30 days of your books being despatched and the 80% balance 14 days prior to your draw date.
