Those wanting to head to the 2018 Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000, camping is a great way to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the event. For many fans, camping is the only way to experience the thrill of the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000, held between 4-7 October 2018. Plenty go all out for the weekend, with amazing setups that add to the experience of the year's greatest race. There are Nine Campgrounds available across the event precinct; McPhillamy Campground Reid & Sulman Campground Max Cameron Campground Paddock Campground Chase Campground Enduro Campground Motorhome Park The Orchard Campground Harness Racing Motorhome Park Ensure that upon receipt of your tickets and car passes you treat them as cash, ensuring you bring them to the event as tickets and car passes are non-refundable or replaceable. Campgrounds; All campers require General Admission Tickets to the event in addition to their camping passes. McPhillamy Campground There s no better way to head to the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 than travelling up the mountain and setting up camp at the McPhillamy Campground. This is where the legends of Bathurst live. Campers come here year after year to show the true spirit of the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000. Located on the top of the great mountain, this campground is near Skyline and the mountain s Esses. Toilets and Showers available on site. Access campsites at Gate 10 on Barry Gurdon Drive. Reid & Sulman Campground Reid and Sulman Campground is located at the top of the great mountain, in the perfect position to watch the cars ascent the mountain and fly across Skyline. Campers come here year after year to show the true spirit of the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000. Toilets and Showers available on site. Access campsites at Gate 10 on Barry Gurdon Drive. Max Cameron Campground The Max Cameron Campground is located at the bottom of the track, near Hell s corner. It s close to Merchandise Ally, Food stalls, drink stalls and pit straight. It is a perfect location to be amongst the hustle and bustle, yet still amerce yourself in the Bathurst camping atmosphere. Access to campground is Gate 5 with the best event entry is at Gate 6. Toilets and Showers available on site. Paddock Campground Be right in the action, behind the pits in one of the most popular campgrounds, being the Paddock Campground. Easy walking distance to the Support category paddock and Supercars Paddock (to which a Paddock Pass is required to access), this campground provides some great behind the scenes action. Toilets and Showers available on site, accessible facilities included. Enter via the track pre- event at Gate 27, but from Thursday 4 th October entry will be through the Orchard Campground, Gate 15A. Chase Campground Located outside the circuit near the Chase, the Chase Campground is perfect for easy camping and close to the action, toilets and showers available on site. Campsite entry is available via Gate 15B with the best event entry being via Gate 19 and Gate 21. Enduro Campground The Enduro campground is on the outside of the circuit, at the end of Conrod Straight. Being the quickest part of the 6.2km Mount Panorama circuit. You'll be close to all the action, as well as being able to walk across the bridge and down to the Paddock area to see both the Support categories and the Supercars. Campsite entry is available via Gate 15A with the best event entry being via Gate 19 and Gate 21. Toilets and Showers available on site.

The Orchard Campground Located outside the circuit an extension of the Chase Campground. These are new sites in 2018. Perfect for easy camping with flat ground, toilets and showers available on site. With close to 100 of these sites offering power (15amp single connection per site). The smaller powered sites are approximately 7.5x7.5m with the larger sites being approximately 15x6m, perfect for Motorhomes. Campsite entry is available via Gate 15A with the best event entry being via Gate 19 and Gate 21. Motorhome Park For those bringing Motorhomes or Caravans and to still be in walking distance to the event, the Motorhome Campground is perfect for you. Located near the Enduro, The Orchard and Chase campgrounds, this location is close to Condrod Straight. The sites are powered (15amp single connection per site) and larger to be able to cater for Motorhome and Caravans. Campsite entry is available via Gate 15A with the best event entry being via Gate 19 and Gate 21. Toilets and Showers available on site. Harness Racing Club Motorhome Park With all other Mount Panorama campsites selling out for the Great Race, Supercars have partnered up with the Bathurst Harness Racing Club to offer campers a Motorhome Park, equipped with fantastic facilities. Located at the Bathurst Harness Racing Club, the campground boasts an onsite restaurant and bar, fully powered sites and a flat asphalt surface which is perfect for motorhomes and caravans. You can walk to the track, or a free shuttle can take campers to and from the track across the weekend. Please note that there is a total Fire Ban within this Campground in 2018. Please note that the Harness Racing Club Motorhome Park has a strict total FIRE BAN in 2018 in accordance with new venue policies and guidelines. For avoidance of doubt, no campers will be permitted to conduct a camp fire within this camping ground. Where are the entrances for the campgrounds? You will not be able to access the campground unless you have your parking pass displayed and an event ticket for each person. Please see the Ticketek Booth at Gate 4 for any pass collections or issues with bookings. IS THERE POWER AVAILABLE IN THE CAMPGROUNDS? Yes, only in the Motorhome Park and Harness Racing Club and newly powered sites in The Orchard Campground have power available. All have a single 15amp connection per site. Generators are welcome however we ask that you consider other patrons with the use of generators at night. IS THERE POWER AVAILABLE IN THE MOTOR HOME PARK? Yes. All sites in the Motor Home Campground will have access to power outlets, however patrons will need to bring extension leads (At least 20metres suggested) all leads must be tagged and tested. WHAT FACILITIES ARE IN THE CAMPGROUNDS? All campgrounds have access to toilet and shower facilities. There are no cooking facilities provided. WHAT FACILITIES ARE IN THE MOTOR HOME PARK? The Motor Home Park will have toilet and shower facilities and all campsites have access to power, however patrons will need to bring extension leads. There are no cooking facilities provided. The Motor Home Park is not a standard Motor Home Park, there aren't individual taps for each campsite and there are NO waste water disposal facilities. Disposal of any and all caravan or camper waste water is the responsibility of the vehicle owner and must be done so in a safe, hygienic and legal manner. ARE THESE PRICES PER NIGHT? No, prices indicated are for the duration of time that each campground is open.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD? Yes, only personal amounts of food may be taken into the Event venue. However, there will be a range of food and beverage outlets throughout the venue. Campers will be allowed to take in their own food into the designated campgrounds provided no food is within glass receptacles except for small jars under 200ml containing Vegemite etc. DOES THE COST OF CAMPING INCLUDE MY ENTRY INTO THE EVENT? No, the cost of your campsite does not include admission. Each person MUST also have a valid admission ticket. CAN I ARRIVE AT THE EVENT AND PURCHASE A SITE? No, all sites must be purchased through the Bathurst Camping website. It is advised to secure a campsite in 2018 that you book at your earliest convenience. I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND, CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY SITE? No refunds of campsites will be accepted. CAN I PARK MY VEHICLE ON MY SITE? Yes, however vehicles must be parked wholly within your site boundaries or they will be towed at your expense. Paddock campgrounds have a one (1) vehicle per site policy which will be enforced. All other campgrounds you are permitted a maximum of two (2) vehicles per site. Any additional vehicles must be housed in the overflow car park at the foot of the Mountain (on Barry Gurdon Drive) or at the main public car parking area off Panorama Ave. CAN I BRING ALCOHOL INTO THE CAMPGROUND? Alcohol limits for the 2018 Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 campgrounds are as follows per person per day: a) 1x carton of full strength beer (5% alcohol or less) - 24 cans x 375mls or less, or b) 1x carton of light / mid strength beer (3.5% alcohol or less) - 30 cans x 375mls or less, or c) 1x carton of pre-mixed spirits (6% alcohol or less) 24 cans x 375mls, or d) 1x carton of cider (5% alcohol or less) 24 cans x 375mls, or e) 1x cask of sealed wine totalling 4 litres or less, or f) 1x 750ml bottle of spirits (Plastic only), or g) 2x 375ml plastic bottles of spirits (38 % alcohol or less) - must be the original manufacturer s product with seal unopened No glass what so ever is to be brought into the campgrounds, this includes jars over 200mL. Please note: You can only bring in One (1) day s alcohol supply at a time. There is no storage facility for excess alcohol and any alcohol over the daily limit will be confiscated and disposed of. CAN I BRING MY BBQ INTO THE EVENT VENUE? Only campers with a designated campsite may bring BBQ s into the Event venue and such BBQ s must remain, and can only be used, within the patrons designated campsite. The Promoter takes no responsibilities for loss or damage. Gas bottles are to be used strictly for the BBQ only, provided they are no bigger than 9kg and haven t expired before or during the period of the Event.

CAN I HAVE A FIRE IN MY CAMPSITE AND IF SO WHERE DO I GET FIREWOOD FROM? Yes, Campers are permitted to have a camp fire on their campsite on the following conditions: i. A fire ban is not in place within Bathurst, NSW; ii. We encourage ALL campers to contain their fires within a metal barrel or drum; iii. The campsite at which the camp fire is to take place does NOT include the Harness Racing Club Motorhome Park, as this has a strict total Fire Ban in 2018. In the event, any of the above conditions are not complied with; Supercars will be at liberty to extinguish such camp fires and campers will not be permitted to conduct a camp fire unless the above conditions are met. Firewood can be obtained by the official firewood supplier who will be selling fire wood around the mountain the entire time the campgrounds are open. No wood with nails will be permitted into any campgrounds. (no broken pallets). Official On-Site Firewood Supplier for all campgrounds for 2018; The Supercheap Auto Mountain Store will be selling firewood in 2018 from Tuesday 2 nd October. The Event will continue despite of rain, however, No Refunds will be offered if patrons decide to leave. All campers are advised to prepare for the likelihood of rain whilst staying within any campground on Mount Panorama, as it is likely to rain at some stage during their stay.

CAN I BRING IN MY DOG? Animals will NOT be permitted into the campgrounds or circuit, unless the animal is a working guide dog. If patrons do attempt to bring animals into the Event venue they will be asked to take the animal away. CAN I BRING MY UNREGISTERED VEHICLE INTO THE EVENT VENUE? No, no unregistered vehicles or trailers will be permitted into the Event Venue. CAN I BRING FIREWORKS INTO THE EVENT VENUE? No fireworks or explosives of any kind may be brought into the Event venue. CAN I BRING ADDITIONAL FURNITURE INTO THE EVENT VENUE? Temporary foldout chairs are permitted; however, no couches or lounge chairs are permitted into the Event venue. CAN I RESERVE A VIEWING AREA BY ROPING (OR OTHERWISE) OFF AN AREA TO STOP OTHERS ENTERING THAT AREA? No. Use of rope, bunting, poles temporary fencing, tarpaulin, paint, or any other materials to create segregated or reserve viewing areas is strictly prohibited. Officials will clear all such materials at the conclusion of each day. Any property left unattended by you at the conclusion of each day s racing will be deemed abandoned and forfeited to Supercars Events team without any responsibility for them to account to you for such property. IS A SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE AVAILABLE? There are several shuttle services available. For event specific shuttle bus information, please refer to the Getting There section of the Event website www.supercars.com IN PREVIOUS YEARS RETURNING CAMPERS HAD A CHANCE TO PURCHASE MORE SITES AFTER THE RIGHT OF REFUSAL PERIOD FINISHED BUT BEFORE THEY WENT ON SALE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC, WILL THIS HAPPEN AGAIN? No, the policy was originally put in place to encourage returning campers to fill the vacant space when the campgrounds didn't fill up. Now that camping is so popular and sites are in such high demand we feel that this policy was giving the returning campers an unfair advantage and limiting the opportunity for new campers to come along. IS THERE SOMEWHERE TO CHECK IN EXCESS ALCOHOL? No, there will be no check in for excess alcohol. Any alcohol exceeding daily limits will be disposed of. TICKET & PARKING PASS DELIVERY: WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY TICKETS AND PARKING PASSES? All tickets and parking passes will be posted out to you unless you have organised to collect these from the Gate 4 Ticket Booth. For any Ticket or booking enquiries please see Ticketek here.

HOW MANY PARKING PASSES DO I GET FOR EACH SITE? For all campgrounds (excluding the Paddock) you will be sent two (2) vehicle parking passes per site. This is the maximum number of vehicles permitted per campsite. Paddock campgrounds have a one (1) car per site policy which will be enforced and you will only receive one (1) vehicle parking pass per site. Any additional vehicles must be housed in the overflow car park at the foot of the Mountain (on Barry Gurdon Drive) or at the main public car parking area off Panorama Ave. WHERE CAN I CAMP WITH A MOTOR HOME? You can have a Motor home, caravan or trailer at any of the campgrounds provided it fits within your site boundaries. WHERE CAN I PURCHASE ICE? We are still working on an Official Supplier for 2018. The height of the tunnel is 3.1 metres. If your vehicle is taller than this height you will need to access the campground via the track outside of racing times. CAN I USE MATERIALS TO CORDON / BLOCK OFF MY CAMPSITE? No materials above 1.2m are permitted to cordon/ block off your campsite. CAN I TAKE ALCOHOL FROM THE CAMPGROUNDS? BYO alcohol is permitted in the campgrounds; however, you cannot take alcohol into licenced areas.

Campground Rules Capitalised terms have the same meaning as the Conditions of Entry you were deemed to have accepted by purchasing or otherwise receiving an entry Ticket to the Venue for the Event. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to read and inform yourself of the Conditions of Entry and of these Rules. These Conditions of Entry may be supplemented by additional conditions displayed at the Venue, or amended from time to time at www.supercars.com. It is your responsibility to have read the most recent Conditions of Entry. General conduct: Orderly conduct is always expected. Police and Security will enforce eviction from the Venue for any disorderly conduct and other misbehaviour at their discretion. No materials over 1.2m high are permitted to cordon off your campsite. No Flag poles or set up equipment are permitted to be over 4m high in any campground. You are not permitted to build toilets on your campsites it is only permitted to hire port-aloos from reputable suppliers. Access to the Campgrounds: V8 Supercars Australia Pty Ltd (SCA) reserves the right to refuse entry to the Campgrounds to any person it deems unfit or inappropriate in its absolute discretion. Patrons must present a parking pass and an Event Ticket for each person to obtain entry into the Campgrounds. Vehicles: If your vehicle and/or accommodation facilities exceed the campsite size, you are required to purchase an additional site. A tow away service will be in operation for any vehicles that are not parked completely within their allocated campsite. Vehicles may only be used for entering and exiting the Campgrounds via their main gates. Unregistered or un-roadworthy vehicles will not be admitted into any Campground. On the advice of the NSW Police Service, any unregistered motorised wheeled device (excluding those used by disabled persons) will not be admitted into the Event or the Venue. Limited Use Permit and Agricultural registered vehicles will not be admitted into the Event or the Venue. Use of vehicles within the Campgrounds on undesignated roads or for unlawful or potentially dangerous practices is strictly forbidden. All vehicles will be subject to a comprehensive search by the NSW Police and Security for contraband items including weapons, excessive amounts of alcohol, illicit drugs, fireworks and other articles referred to in the Conditions of Entry and Campground Rules. All roads are subject to local, state and federal motor legislation. Motorists are expected to obey these rules at all times. Paddock campgrounds have a one (1) vehicle per site policy which will be enforced. All other campgrounds you are permitted a maximum of two (2) vehicles per site. Any additional vehicles must be housed in the overflow car park at the foot of the Mountain (on Barry Gurdon Drive) or at the main public car parking area off Panorama Ave. Identification:

Event Tickets and vehicle stickers provided for your relevant Campgrounds must be clearly visible at all times. If you do not have the correct vehicle accreditation or Ticket, no vehicle access will be permitted to the Campgrounds without the express written permission of SCA. All instructions and directions relating to any terms and conditions and/or campground rules, whether communicated by SCA, Security and/or Police, Officials, Volunteers and Authorised Persons must be strictly adhered to at all times. This includes anything that has been considered unacceptable, unsafe or reduces the comfort of the Venue or the Event experience generally for other patrons. Prohibited Items The following items must not be brought into the Venue under any circumstances: (i) illegal substances, fireworks, explosives or weapons of any nature; (ii) couches or lounge chairs; (iii) animals (excluding working Guide Dogs); (iv) platforms, structures or materials to be used to erect platforms or other viewing platforms; (v) anything that SCA reasonably considers will obstruct the view or jeopardise the safety, comfort or experience of other patrons; (vi) no electric or battery powered tools permitted, however a battery powered hand drill is permitted. Chainsaws, axes or dangerous equipment; (vii) any unregistered motorised wheeled devices; (viii) any glass bottle or stubbie is not permitted however a small glass jar under 200mls containing vegemite, jams or food preservatives is permitted (ix) aerial drones, unmanned aerial vehicles, lasers/laser pointers; or (x) any item that SCA reasonably considers not appropriate to be taken into the campgrounds. SCA reserves the right to remove any such items at its sole discretion. Camp Fires Campers are permitted to have a camp fire on their campsite on the following conditions: A fire ban is not in place within Bathurst, NSW; ALL campers are to contain their fires within a metal barrel or drum; The campsite at which the camp fire is to take place does NOT include the Harness Racing Club Motorhome Park, as this has a strict total Fire Ban in 2018 In the event, any of the above conditions are not complied with; Supercars will be at liberty to extinguish such camp fires and campers will not be permitted to conduct a camp fire unless the above conditions are met. Terms and Conditions 1. By purchasing or otherwise receiving an entry ticket (Ticket) to the Bathurst campground (Venue) for the 2018 Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 (Event), you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, the Conditions of Entry and any accompanying risks, obligations and responsibilities (Terms and Conditions). You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to read and inform yourself of these Terms and Conditions. 2. You agree to comply with all Terms and Conditions, including those specified on your Ticket or as otherwise specified at the Venue. 3. You agree to comply with all signs, instructions and directions issued by V8 Supercars Australia Pty Ltd (SCA) or any person authorised by SCA (Authorised Person). An Authorised Person is permitted at any time to inspect any vehicle, bag, basket or other receptacle or require you to turn out your pockets.

4. A limited amount of alcohol may be taken into the Venue at the sole discretion of SCA. No glass receptacles are permitted in the Venue, including drink bottles. Refer to www.supercars.com for further details. 5. The maximum amount of fuel permitted in the Venue is 5 Litres per adult. Fuel will only be permitted to operate a generator, which is in safe working conditions as deemed by SCA. Minors will not be permitted entry with any fuel or other items deemed dangerous by SCA or an Authorised Person. 6. Minors must always remain under the responsible supervision of an adult or guardian. 7. Use of rope, bunting, poles, temporary fencing, tarpaulin, paint, or any other materials to create segregated or reserved viewing areas is strictly prohibited. Authorised Persons may remove all such materials at their discretion (including at the conclusion of racing on each day of the Event). Any property left unattended at the conclusion of each day will be deemed abandoned and forfeited to SCA without any responsibility to account for such property. 9. You agree not to do any of the following in or around the Venue: (i) post, stick or place or attempt to post, stick or place any poster, placard, bill, banner, print, paper or any advertising material on any building structure; (ii) misuse, deface, damage, remove from the Venue or tamper with or attempt to misuse, deface, damage, remove from the Venue or tamper with any building, seat, chair, toilet, sink, table structure, vehicle, craft, truck, pipe, tap or fitting, conduit, electrical equipment, wiring or sign or excavate or cause to be excavated any part of the area within the Venue; (iii) deposit litter, except in a receptacle provided for that purpose; (iv) throw or attempt to throw any stone, bottle, projectile or other object; (v) use indecent or obscene language or threatening or insulting words, or otherwise behave in a threatening, abusive, riotous, indecent or insulting manner; (vi) interfere with, obstruct or hinder SCA or any Authorised Person in the exercise of their powers, functions or duties; or (vii) conduct public surveys or opinion polls, solicit money, donations or subscriptions from members of the public. 10. You agree not to (i) wear or otherwise display commercial, political, religious or offensive signage or logos or engage in ambush marketing generally, or (ii) sell or distribute any goods or services or any other matter or thing, or (iii) collect money or orders from other patrons for goods or services without the prior written approval of SCA or (iv) distribute political, religious, advertising or promotional material, in each case without the prior written consent of SCA. Any items that breach this provision may be confiscated by SCA at its absolute discretion. 11. Whilst within the Venue you are responsible for your own property. SCA will not be held responsible for any damage to, loss or theft of personal property.

12. Any imagery, audio-visual or sound recordings taken of the Event or within the Venue must only be for private or domestic purposes. That is, you cannot sell, license, broadcast, publish or otherwise commercially exploit them. In particular, you may not make available any moving footage, sound recordings or series of still pictures taken at the Event or within the Venue, on the internet. 13. Imagery of patrons at the Event or within the Venue, may be recorded and reproduced in various commercial formats. By entering the Venue, you acknowledge that SCA and its Related Entities have exclusive ownership and control of all such recorded imagery and you relinquish any rights or entitlements to either ownership or compensation for the commercial use and reproduction of such imagery whatsoever by SCA or its Related Entities. 14. By attending this Event and entering the Venue, you acknowledge that Motor Racing is a dangerous sport and your use of services and facilities at the Venue is entirely at your risk. You also acknowledge that the actions of other patrons at the Event and in the Venue may cause harm to you or your property. You hereby agree to assume all such risks. To the extent permitted by law you release SCA, its Related Entities and their directors, officers, employees, consultants, contractors, teams and drivers, agents and volunteers (SCA Group), CAMS and support categories (including their respective directors, officers, employees, consultants, contractors, teams and drivers, agents and volunteers) from any liability for any damages, loss, liability or injury you may suffer or incur relating to or arising out of your attendance at the Event and in the Venue however caused, including without limitation due to any negligence or other act or omission of the SCA Group. 15. You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified the SCA Group and each of them for any damage, loss, liability or injury the SCA Group may suffer or incur (including by way of indemnity to third parties) as a result of your wilful, reckless or negligent acts or omissions at or near the Venue or your non-compliance with the Conditions of Entry. 16. Without prejudice to any other rights SCA may have, if you contravene any of the Conditions of Entry, SCA or an Authorised Person may: (i) refuse you entry to the Venue; (ii) eject you from the Venue; confiscate and/or cancel your Ticket without refund or recompense; and (iii) take legal action against you in connection with such matters. Except to the extent permitted by law, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. Tickets are non-transferable. 17. Under the Australian Consumer Law (which is part of the Competition and Consumer Legislation 2010 (Cth)), several guarantees are implied into contracts for the supply of certain goods and services. You agree that the application of all or any of these provisions (i.e. guarantees relating to the supply of services), any liability of SCA and SCA Group for a failure to comply with any such guarantees, are excluded. This exclusion does not apply to significant personal injury suffered by the reckless conduct of SCA and/or the SCA Group. 18. SCA the right to add, withdraw or substitute any drivers, performers or activities associated with the Event, vary programs, the Venue, seating arrangements and capacities and determine and publish additional conditions from time to time. 19. SCA reserves the right to close the Paddock area and restrict access to the Paddock area at any time. 20. SCA reserves the right to remove you from the Venue for breach of the Conditions of Entry or for any conduct it considers unsatisfactory, including for possession of a lost, stolen, counterfeit,

damaged or unreadable ticket you have acquired from an unauthorised source, or if SCA reasonably suspects you of improper involvement in any of the above activities. 21. If anything in these Conditions of Entry is unenforceable, illegal or void then it is severed and the rest of the Conditions of Entry remain in force. These Conditions of Entry may be supplemented by additional conditions displayed at the Venue.
