East of Promesa: open to all traffic. 2. CMB eastbound lanes left undivided to support only e/b traffic during the run. 3. CMB westbound traffic along route must divert north to Via Valarta or south (various paths) to Tierrasanta Bl.
Traffic Block: CMB at Santo Road 1. 100% traffic block of westbound lanes of CMB at Santo Road; blockage extends from Santo Rd eastward. Closure from 7:30AM to approx 9:30AM. 2. CMB eastbound lane supports 1 way traffic eastbound. 3. Traffic heading westbound on CMB divert southward to Tierrasanta Blvd or northward to Via Valarta.

Require managed traffic block to control access to Rec Center from CMB eastbound lanes. Traffic control required 7:30AM to approx 9:30AM. 3. CMB eastbound lane supports 1 way traffic eastbound. 4. Traffic Block: CMB at Promesa Ct. Event Parking Event Parking 1. 100% traffic block to CMB westbound lanes at Promesa Ct. Closure from 7:30AM to approx 9:30AM. 2. CMB west from Promesa: WB lanes closed, EB lanes unaffected. Required from 7:30AM to approx 9:30AM. 3. CMB eastbound lane eastward from Promesa: unrestricted traffic in both directions. 4. Traffic heading westbound on CMB divert southward to Tierrasanta Blvd or northward on Via Valarta.
Traffic Diversions for CMB Eastbound 1. Traffic desiring to head eastbound on CMB may use the eastbound lane as usual. 2. Traffic desiring to head westbound on CMB must divert northward or southward along alternate paths: North of CMB: from Barbados to Remora and thence to Santo Rd. North of CMB: from Dominique to Via Valarta and thence to Antigua or Portobelo. South of CMB: from Portofino to internal roads either to Santo Rd or Tierrasanta Blvd. South of CMB: from Martinique west on CMB to Seda/CdeV/Rueda to Tierrasanta Blvd. South of CMB: from Trinidad to Calle de Vida and/or Rueda to Tierrasanta Blvd.
