RESOLUTION NO. 17 - / l5" Recreation Department Budget Adjustment - Unanticipated Revenues (RadioFlash Film, LLC) WHEREAS, Idaho Code 31-1605 provides that the Board of County Commissioners may adjust the budget as adopted to reflect the receipt of unscheduled revenue, grants, or donations from federal, state or local governments or private sources, provided thatthere shall be no increase in anticipated property taxes; and WHEREAS, the Recreation Department received and granted a request from RadioFlash Film, LLC earlier thisyear to utilize the Hope Marina including the boatlaunch anddocks for a film project; and WHEREAS, RadioFlash Film, LLC donated $2000 to the BonnerCounty Parks& Waterways Department to go towards improvement of the Swimming area beneath the Hope Bridge; and WHEREAS, it would be in the best interest of the Recreation Department to utilize these funds during the current fiscal year to make improvements at the Swimming area beneath the Hope Bridge. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Bonner County, Idaho hereby authorize the Clerk to schedule revenue in the FY2018 budget for the Recreation Department, account 030, line item 7860 Miscellaneous Expenses and increase by $2,000. The foregoing was duly enacted as a Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Bormer County, Idaho, on the 19"^ day of December, 2017. They currently have a permit with the Idaho Department of Transportation and the cities of Hope and East Hope to close all northbound and southbound lanes along Highway 200 from Main Street in Hope to Centennial Blvd in East Hope except to local residents. Local boaters can use Pringle Park and Trestle Creek. Larger boats and Marine Patrol will be permitted accessto the Hope Boat Basin on an as needed basis. RadioFlash Film. LLC will donate $2000 to the Bonner County Parks & Waterways to go towards the improvement of the Swimming area beneath the Hope Bridge. The film crew has provided an insurance certificate to Bonner County and all relevant agencies indemnifying them from liability related to the filming.
