Terms and Conditions Palliative Care Victoria is the conference organiser and will take diligent care to fulfil the commitments to sponsors, exhibitors and advertisers as outlined in this prospectus. Bookings are confirmed on receipt of payment and must be paid in full in advance of the conference All sponsors, exhibitors and advertisers are responsible for: Providing logos and, where applicable, banners, printed inserts or promotional items. Insurance cover for any property at the conference. Palliative Care Victoria reserves the right to change the conference program but will offer a similar program. Cancellations a cancellation fee of 50% will apply for cancellations between 3 months and one month prior to the conference date. No refunds will be payable for cancellations within 1 month. All cancellations must be requested in writing.
