We give you the caution back if the rental accommodation is in good condition the day you leave. - The whole stay is paid the day of your arrival. - The deposit to confirm your booking equals to 30% of the price of your stay + an administrative fee of 19. - Before your arrival, we check all equipments in the mobilhome. If there is a problem, you can inform reception during the first 24 hours. At your departure, we check the mobilhome with you before give you back the deposit, if all is OK. - The minimal stay is 2 nights* except in July and August, the minimal stay is 7 nights. - * Week-end of 28/04 to 1 st of May: 3 nights minimum. - * Week from 05/05 to 12/05: 7 nights minimum. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2018 1. Camping pitches (tent, caravan, camping-cars): Booking for camping places: A deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay (+ 19 of administrative fee) must be paid the day of the reservation. The total amount of the booking must be paid (at least) the day before you leave in low season and at the arrival in July and August. Maximum 6 people per pitch and maximum 2 pets. Arrivals are from 2.00 pm and departures are before 12.00 pm. You must come to reception before going to your camping place. Cancellation insurance: proposed by TOLEDE Annulation: consult general terms of this insurance at www.provence-camping.com. 2. Rental accommodations (mobilhomes, chalets, lodges): Booking for accommodations: A deposit of 30 % du of the amount of the total price for the location and services, plus 19 of administrative fee, must be paid the day of the reservation. The total amount of the booking must be paid at least 30 days before your arrival at the camping. The minimal duration of the stay is two nights. Only one car is authorized to park near the rental accommodation and is included in the price of the stay. Arrivals are from 4.00 pm and departures are before 10.00 am (only on Saturday in July and August). Thank you to take an appointment for the check-out of the mobilhome, at least the day before you leave. Deposit/Cautions: For accommodations, you must pay a deposit of 60 for cleaning and 100 for furniture when you arrive (only by cash). The check of the accommodation is done before you arrive. After your arrival, you have 24 hours to contest this check. We give you back the deposits at the end of your stay, after the check-out, if all is OK in the mobilhome (cleaning, furniture, equipments). It is forbidden to smoke in the accommodations. 3. Cancellation and modification: You must ask for a modification or a cancellation of your stay 30 days before your arrival, by mail or e-mail. If you cancel your stay less than 30 days before your arrival, the camping keeps the deposit. 4. Sanitary facilities: There is toilet paper in WC and warmed water in showers and washbasins of the camping. You must respect the cleanliness and equipments of the sanitary facilities. 5. Access to the camp-site: Access for cars, camping-cars and motorcycles are authorized between 7.00 am and 10.00 pm. A parking is available at the entrance of the camp-site. Access for walkers is available 24h/24 and 7 days/7. Visitors: Visitors must go to reception before going to the camp-site. He must pay the fee for visitor to access to animations and equipments of the camping (but he is not allowed to access to the swimming-pool). His vehicle must stay at the parking. 6. Animals: You must be in possession of its immunization record. The animal should be tattooed and up-to-date for vaccines. It must be kept on the leash compulsory in the campsite. Their dirt must be removed by the master. They must never be left alone in cars, caravans, tents, chalets, mobile homes, pitches, or attached to a tree. Dogs of category 1 or 2 are prohibited. A single animal is accepted in the rental. Up to two pets are allowed on camping pitches. No pets authorized at the swimming-pool. 7. Pool rules: THE SWIMMING POOL IS STRICTLY RESERVED FOR CAMPERS. The wearing of shorts or bathing shorts is forbidden. Use special swimming pool layers for babies. Full rules are mentioned at the pool entrance. 8. Responsibility: The campsite Les Verguettes (SARL BELIK), within the limits of its legal responsibility, is not committed in case of: Theft, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever during or following a stay. Failure or decommissioning of technical equipment, failure or closure of camping facilities. Damage caused or sustained by vehicles parked or circulating inside or outside the campsite. Injuries or accidents that may occur during animations organized inside or outside the campsite. Any complaint relating to the conditions of the stay must be formulated on site with the management to allow finding an immediate solution. Failing this, the stay will be, by express agreement, considered to have been carried out under satisfactory conditions and therefore no claim can be made against it. 9. Cancellation insurance: We offer to subscribe to a paid Cancellation and Interruption insurance in your rental agreement. Our partner Gritchen Affinity agrees to refund all or part of the stay to our holidaymakers. In case of cancellation, notify the campsite of your withdrawal upon the occurrence of an event preventing your departure by mail or email. If the claim is provided in the general conditions (available on the website www.campez-couvert.com or from the campsite), notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary information and supporting documents. 10. The camp-site must be fully quiet between 11.00 pm and 8.00 am. Rules and general terms and conditions are available at reception (on demand), on the website and are displayed in the campsite. Any person in the campsite agrees to respect this regulation. The Management has the right to expel, without notice or refund, persons who don t respect other campers and rules of the camping.
