Opportunity to collaborate with the ICC s expert chef and sommelier to handpick the providores that will showcase only the best sustainably grown, organic food and beverage. NOTE: Any food and beverage provided in the display area will be an additional cost. Opportunity to invite a celebrity chef to interact socially with conference delegates and work with the providores to prepare canapes and tasting treats. Display The overall display area is 17m x 10m and will be located in the centre of the ICC Exhibition Hall. The display area will include layout, furniture and signage as depicted in the renderings on page 9. Full company branding in the display area. AEC 2018 Conference APP $12,000 ex GST Opportunity Last minute changes in conference programs are inevitable however, your company can assist in keeping all attendees informed and providing up the minute program changes. It is easy to miss networking opportunities during busy conference programs but, your company can assist attendees by providing a platform for them to communicate, set up meetings, take notes etc. The AEC App allows delegates the chance to personalise their program, view exhibitor listings and floor plans, connect with fellow delegates and a range of other interactive opportunities. Sponsorship and Exhibition Terms and Conditions Application Procedure Sponsorship and exhibition acceptance is subject to the review and approval of the organisers. Goods and Services Tax (GST) All sponsorship and exhibition items exclude a 10% goods and services tax consistent with Australia s consumer tax system. Conditions of Payment Full payment must be received within 30 days from the invoiced date. All payment must be made in Australian Dollars. Liability Organisers are not liable for damages or loss to sponsor or exhibitors property. Promotional activity must not impinge on or directly interfere with any other sponsor or exhibitor. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to arrange appropriate insurance for items within their exhibition up to the value of AUD$10mil. Exhibitors must ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of their allocated space. Cancellation Policy If you would like to request the cancellation of your sponsorship and exhibition application, please submit a written request for cancellation specifying the reason for cancellation. The cancellation request is subject to the approval of the committee on the condition that none of the sponsorship and exhibition arrangements have been delivered upon and can be resold. Note: 50% of the contracted amount will be retained for cancellation requests between 6 to 3 months prior to the event 100% of the contracted amount will be retained for cancellation requests received 3 months prior to the event 18
