SEMINAR INFORMATION The following information will assist you in making your journey and stay with us effortless and enjoyable, thereby contributing towards your maximum experience. SEMINAR DRESS & ITEMS YOU WILL NEED The seminar consists of 3 day indoor classroom and 3 days of outdoor format: During the three days you will spend time in classroom settings informal attire (casual but smart) is appropriate. This may include open collar shirts, dresses, blouses/shirts and/or sweaters slacks or trousers. During the three days in which you will be participating in outdoor activities you will need to include (appropriate to the season) - sunscreen, shade hat and long-sleeved shirt for extra sun protection, warm jacket and set of waterproof rain weather gear (jacket, pants, and boots). The following are necessary in any season: loose fitting durable pants, knee socks and tennis shoes, light clothing that can be layered (i.e., T-shirt, sweatshirt), outdoor gloves, water bottle, and a small backpack. Graduation attire is semi-formal for women and suit and tie for men. The charter bus company requests that luggage not exceed two medium sized suitcases (a garment bag can be substituted for one suitcase) and one small carry-on bag. Also you will need a notebook (8 1/2 x 11) and a pen or pencil. OTHER INFORMATION Average temperatures at High Valley Ranch are: December February 26-58 degrees March April 36-70 degrees May June 48-89 degrees July September 50-96 degrees October November 44-78 degrees FOOD The cuisine consists of salads, eggs, red meat, fish, fowl and vegetables on a pre-set menu. If you are on a medically restricted diet and/or prescription medications, PLEASE ARRANGE TO BRING THOSE ITEMS WITH YOU.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY If an emergency occurs between the class start on Sunday and the end of the class on Saturday, the High Valley Ranch phone number is (707) 485-4132. Monday thru Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm the main office at (707) 998 2222 or (877) 774 2212 is available to receive calls as well. Make certain your party states in the message that it is an emergency and you will be provided with immediate access to a phone. If an emergency arises before the class start on Sunday or after the bus leaves on Saturday at the end of the Life Success Course, please contact your local city office. POST SEMINAR/GUEST EVENT As with all PSI Seminars, a Guest Event will be scheduled. It is an opportunity for you to bring guests who are interested in learning more about the PSI Basic Seminar. You can confirm the date and location with your PSI Seminars representative. TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS Registration will be held at 6:45 A.M. on Sunday the opening day of class. Registration and bus pickup will take place at: Charter/Tour Bus Parking Courtyard #4 located outside, between the Central and North Domestic Terminals on the baggage claim level (lower level), of the San Francisco International Airport. The chartered bus departs promptly at 7:00 A.M. for High Valley Ranch. (See attached map). If you miss the bus you are responsible for getting to the ranch no later than 11:30 A.M. (Note it is a three hour drive from the airport to the ranch). A chartered bus is scheduled to return you to the San Francisco Airport on Saturday, the closing day of class, by 5:00 P.M. Please make flight arrangements accordingly. If you are driving a private vehicle to High Valley Ranch, please arrive at the Clearlake Oaks Post Office in Clearlake Oaks by 10:00 A.M. on Sunday the opening day of class. Upon arrival, call (707) 485-4132 and someone will be sent to meet you. Do not drive onto the Ranch unescorted as there may be a class in session. If you arrive at the ranch later than 11:30 A.M. on the opening day of class you will not be permitted to attend.
