Planning and apprvals were cmpleted in less than 12 mnths. Cvering ver 370 hectares, this develpment is centred arund a 17-hectare tidal lake, retail and cmmercial village and apartments and has ver 1300 dwellings. In 2002 this develpment received an award frm the EPA and UDIA fr sustainable develpment. Within 18 mnths f Peter taking ver the prject, apprvals had been granted and cnstructin cmmenced. 3

Peter was respnsible fr the develpment and implementatin f the business plan which successfully increased sales rates thrugh the sale f huse and land packages n their develpments. In 1997 Frest Ridge wn the UDIA (Urban Develpment Institute f Australia) award fr the Best Master Planned Residential Cmmunity in Queensland. This prject als included Frest Ridge Hme Wrld which is Queensland s largest ever display village which in 1997 als wn the UDIA s marketing award. On taking n this psitin, Peter cmpleted a sales analysis fr the prject resulting in the intrductin f 2 additinal prducts fr the estate thereby dubling sales rates fr the prject.
