2. FROM THE DESK OF MANAGING DIRECTOR. Dear Members, The work of Sonepat Project for Phase-I has been completed and handing over of units is in progress. Work of Phase-II is going on in full swing and allotment of units is to be done shortly. The work of Meerut Project has also been completed and handing over of all Dwelling Units has been done. The work of Moradabad Phase-I has been completed and computerized draw for allotment of specific Dwelling Unit was held on 29-11-2014. For Zirakpur Project, construction work for both Phase-I and Phase-II is progressing satisfactorily. External works are also in progress. In Lingampally Phase-III at Hyderabad, work is progressing satisfactorily. As work of Chennai Phase-IIA Scheme was not progressing, the contract has been terminated and fresh tender has been called and is under processing. Chennai Phase-IIB scheme was opened for booking from 02-06-2014 to 08-09- 2014 and a good response has been received. Tender has been called for construction of single-storied dwelling units at Kota. Brochure has been issued for booking of dwelling units at Jaipur Phase-III. In response to the Turnkey job for NCR, tenders are under processing for Greater NOIDA (West). Offers for sale of land at Sohna have been opened and are under processing. Offers have been received for land in Rajarhat area in New Kolkata, which are under examination. About 9.6-Acre land has been purchased at Jabalpur. At Bengaluru, BDA have issued a letter deleting IRWO s land from acquisition. Approval of plans by BDA is being pursued. IRWO Website is designed and made user friendly. Details of payment of installments by allottees are being uploaded on IRWO website and allottees can access their accounts. 2. नम ण ध न य जन ओ क 2.1 गत HOUSING SCHEMES IN PROGRESS आसनस ल Asansol. Phase-I work has been completed. In Phase-II scheme dwelling units have been planned. Contract has been awarded and the construction of dwelling units is progressing well. Vacancies still exist in multistoried type-i units. The scheme has been reopened for booking for Phase-II for IRWO members, their blood relations and all other Central, State Govt. and PSU employees. 2.2. क लक त फ़ स-III (र ज रह ट ए रय ) Kolkata Phase-III (Rajarhat Area). In Phase-III-B at Rajarhat, Kolkata, 216 flats have been completed on available land adjoining Phase-IIIA. Draw of lots for allotment of specific unit was held on 05-10-2012. Result has been posted on IRWO website. 200 dwelling units have been handed over. 2.3. क डल /स न पत (ह रय ण ) Kundli/Sonepat (Haryana). Construction of 660 dwelling units has been planned. In eleven towers which have been taken up in Phase-I, all 260 type-ii, 192 type-iii and 106 type IV units, have been completed. Draw of lots for specific unit for Type-II, Type-III and Type-IV units has been held and the results have been uploaded on IRWO website. 400 dwelling units have been handed over to the allottees. Phase-II scheme has been reopened for IRWO members, their blood relations and outsiders from 05-08-2014 onwards for filling up a few vacancies resulting from withdrawals and for preparing waiting lists. 2.4 म र द ब द Moradabad. 12.9 Acre of land was procured. Approval of plans from MDA was received on 30-11-2009. Tenders were opened on 18-12-2009 and work awarded. Construction work has been completed for Phase-I. Draw of lots for specific unit for Phase-I was held on 29-11-2014 and the result has been uploaded on IRWO website. For Phase-II, response for smaller units has been poor. Now depending upon the response of members, the plan has been modified and approved by MDA. Scheme has been reopened from 14-07-2014 including for outsiders. Good response has been received and all vacancies are now filled up. Work on Phase-II is also in progress. Work in progress at Moradabad 2.6. ज़रकप र (च ड गढ) Zirakpur (Chandigarh). A new Contract for the work including Phase-II work has been awarded in August, 2012 after terminating the contract fixed in June, 2010 due to slow progress. in Phase-I. Finishing and external works have been completed. External services are also progressing well. Draw of specific unit is planned to be held on 23-05-2015. In Phase-II, RCC foundation work for all 6 blocks of type-iv units and 11 blocks of typeiii units has been completed. For Phase-II scheme also all roof slabs have been cast. Scheme has again been reopened from 06-01-2015 to fill up some vacancies. 2.6. म रठ Meerut. All work has been completed. Draw for allotment of specific unit was held on 21-01-2014. Result of the draw is available on IRWO website. All 78 dwelling units have been handed over. Work at Meerut 2.8. ल गमप ल फ स-III Lingampally Phase-III. Additional 1.5-Acre land in Lingampally Phase-I was procured from APIIC. Plans submitted to the authorities were approved and tenders were finalized. Preliminary works were taken up at site when Phase-I allottees brought a stay order which has since been got vacated. Phase-I allottees filed application in writ appeal in Division Bench of A.P. Contractor has remobilized and construction work has been recommenced. In Plot A, basement with front portion roof up to 8th floor and rear portion up to 5 th floor has been cast. All four floors in Plot B have been cast and brickwork and other works are in progress. External works are also in progress. Scheme has been reopended for booking of some vacancies. 2.8. च नई फ़ स-II Chennai Phase II. Plans for construction of houses have been approved by CMDA. Ambattur Municipality has sanctioned individual plans of the dwelling units. Tenders were invited and technical bids opened on 20-09-2011 and finalized. Contractor was mobilizing to start the work when a writ petition was filed by local residents and work had to be stopped. The writ petition has been dismissed by the Hon ble High Court and stay vacated. New tender was finalized and work was progressing slowly. The contract has been terminated and fresh tender has been called. Work in progress at Chennai Phase-II 3. श ह न व ल आव स य य जन ए HOUSING SCHEMES TO BE COMMENCED 3.1. ब गल Bengaluru. Entire 20-Acre of residential land for this project has been purchased and registered in favour of IRWO. Architect for the housing scheme has been appointed. Housing scheme was launched for booking of dwelling units by 17-11-2009. The response was very good. 282 Booking letters have been issued. Construction of boundary wall for the land has been completed. Application for deletion of land from acquisition was submitted to BDA, who have recently deleted IRWO land from acquisition. Sanction of building plans by BDA is being pursued. 3.2. क ट Kota. 12.86-Acre of land at Kota was purchased on 10-06-2013. Mutation in favour of IRWO & conversion to residential has been done. Layout plan of the housing complex has been approved and Pattas for all the plots in favour of IRWO have been issued by U.I.T Kota. The scheme was opened for booking up to 14-08-2014 and extended up to 30-09-2014. Booking letters have been issued to eligible applicants. scheme is likely to be opened shortly to fill up vacancies. 3.3 लखनऊ फ़ स-IV Lucknow Phase-IV. A plot of residential land measuring 2.13-Acre at Lucknow has been purchased and registered in favour of IRWO on 19-11-2013. Selection of Architect has been finalized. Building plans have been submitted to Lucknow Industrial Development Authority (LIDA) for approval. Sixty one booking letters have been issued to the eligible applicants. The scheme is likely to be reopened for booking as vacancies exist. 3.4. जयप र फ ज-III Jaipur Phase-III. A plot of land measuring 3.24-Acre in Sector 37 of Jagatpura in Jaipur, approved by Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) for residential use has been purchased and registered in favour of IRWO on 03-12-2013. Building plans have been approved by JDA. Booking of dwelling units is open up to 31-03-2015. 3.5 जबलप र Jabalpur. About 9.6 Acre of land has been purchased and registered in favour of IRWO in village Saliwada and Kosamghat, on NH-12A, Jabalpur Mandla road. Mutation of the land has been done in favour of IRWO. Layout and unit plans have been approved by the local authority. Conversion of land to residential has also been done. 4. मह वप ण स चन ए IMPORTANT INFORMATION. 4.1 शहर क च न व क सव ण Polling for Location Preference. Members are requested to visit IRWO website and participate in the polls and surveys indicated there in. This will help IRWO in assessing the requirement of dwelling units at various locations and plan projects accordingly. 4.2. सद य क स थ प च र Communication with Members. All members are requested to inform IRWO in respect of any changes in their postal address, email ID and mobile phone number so that their particulars can be updated in IRWO records. 4.3 इरव व बस इट IRWO Website. The website has recently been redesigned and optimized for smart phones and tablets. Members are requested to browse IRWO site on their smart phones. Details of payments made by allottees of Sonepat Ph-II and Moradabad Ph-II have been uploaded and allottees can access their accounts. Members may send their suggestions for improvement.
