Passports, EHIC cards and Medication Students will need to hand in their Passports and EHIC cards to a member of staff when they arrive at school on Sunday 15 th July. Medication and money should also be handed in at this point medication in particular needs to be handed in as this must be stored on board the coach, not underneath.

Meals Breakfast, lunch and evening meals and drinks are buffet style and are all included in the price Students may wish to bring a small amount of sterling to buy food at service stations on the way to and from Dover. Food on the journey to and from the PGL camps is not included. The travel company will be informed of all dietary requirements and allergies so these will be accounted for

Spending Money Small amount of pounds to buy meals during the journey. Students may also wish to bring some spending money for souvenirs/presents (around 100). There is very little chance to buy souvenirs there is a grocery store on site that sells snacks/drinks. We MAY spend part of a morning/afternoon shopping during our time on activities. Group Leaders will look after your money during the trip: Put the money in an envelope with your child s name on the front and how much is in there Hand to your child s group leader when you arrive at TGAS on 15 th July

Medication Students will need to hand all medication into their group leader when they arrive at TGAS on 15 th July. Medication needs to be in a resealable bag with their name and instructions for use clearly identified on the front. Inhalers and epipens Please ensure your son/daughter brings two on the trip. They will need to keep one on themselves at all times. The first aider will have the second one.

Mobile Phones/Tablets You CAN bring a mobile phone and tablet if you wish, but: It is your responsibility there is no place to lock it away when we are there, and staff will not take responsibility for your belongings. It cannot reasonably be taken on activities you WILL get wet! The school cannot be responsible for lost or damaged phones There is extremely poor WiFi at both PGL camps This is a social trip as well as a water sports trip!

Expectations All students should: Respect and cooperate with all requests and requirements made by teachers Behave at all times in a manner which bring credit to themselves, teachers and the school Avoid noise and other behaviour which might cause inconvenience to other students and members of the public Participate fully in all activities and sessions during the visit Not to leave the accommodation or group at any time without informing their group leader. Always return to a meeting place at the agreed time. Be punctual Follow the laws of the country and comply with any regulations Not to consume or purchase alcohol, tobacco or any intoxicating substances Not visit the any tent other than your own Report any injuries/illnesses to a teacher immediately Be responsible for their possessions and take care of them at all times

Next Steps Hand in medical letter with photocopy of passport and EHIC card if you haven t already done so Roomings will be finalised in the upcoming weeks when I have heard back from PGL there will be a meeting to finalise rooms closer to our departure. A final letter will be sent out confirming the information given out this evening, and asking for an update of any changing medical issues
