Dear Registrant, Thanks for registering with St. James Camps through GNAG! This is your information letter for your upcoming week of camp; please review the info carefully so that your camper is ready to have fun and be safe on their first day! On Day 1, look for our St. James Camp Staff wearing green staff shirts, Registration: There are still spots available in most of our tennis and sports camps during each week of the summer. Visit the GNAG website at gnag.ca or contact GNAG at 613-233-8713 for details! To contact the camp coordinators for camp related matters please email stjamescamps@gmail.com. Drop-Off & Pick-Up Locations: Mini Tennis & Athletes Camps: Corpus Christi Elementary School All Progressive & Teen Camps: Combination Camps: as always, Full Day Combo Camps are available for all weeks and all camps (i.e half day tennis, half day badminton, half day GNAG, etc). Camps at a Glance: Mini Tennis & Athletes Entering (JK Gr 1) Weeks 1-7 *Week 1 is July 3 rd * Progressive & Teen Camps (Progressive gr. 2-6 Teen gr. 6-9) Prog & Teen Tennis: Weeks 1-9 Teen Basketball: Week 2 Prog & Teen Multisport: Weeks 1-9 *Teen multisport on select weeks only Teen Badminton: Week 5 Teen GIRLS Volleyball: Week 3 Teen Intermediate/Advanced Coed Vball: Wk 4 Welcome calls: You will receive a welcome call from senior staff member during the week prior to your registration (usually on Wednesday or Thursday). The welcome call is meant as an opportunity to exchange important information and for you to ask any questions. If you are a veteran camper, please take the opportunity to provide any relevant feedback from your camp experiences with St. James or GNAG.

Camp Check In & Check Out, and Activity Locations Here are the locations for each camp. (The indoor locations are also used as part of regularly scheduled programming) Please note that check in and check out is at Corpus Christi School for MINI Tennis and MINI Athlete camps, but at for ALL OTHER CAMPS. Absence: If your child will be absent on any given day, please notify us with an email to stjamescamps@gmail.com. If needed, phone GNAG at 613-233-8713 Refunds: are available if we receive at least one week s notice for each week of camp activity: one week s notice for a one-week camp; (notification must be made by 9 am). A $25.00 administration charge applies on all immediate refunds, but we can put a credit on your account at no charge (you will have 2 years to use the credit). If you wish to transfer camps the same notification time is required. Please email us at info@gnag.ca with your request. Late Arrival: If you will be late and miss check in, you may proceed to the daytime location for your camp, if you know where the group will be. For help, stop by the tennis club and ask the progressive tennis counselors for information. If necessary, contact GNAG by phone (613-233-8713). Camper T-Shirts New colours in 2018! (Extreme Orange & Lime Chill) Camper Ts are usually given out on Tuesdays.

What to Bring to Camp Athletic clothing: T-Shirt, Shorts, Extra Clothes (if necessary) Indoor (For gym use or rain day use) & Outdoor (tennis shoes/running shoes) footwear. Mini camps & progressive tennis only require 1 set of outdoor/indoor footwear. Any of your own specialty equipment you would like to bring (tennis racquet, badminton racquet, badminton goggles, volleyball knee pads, etc.) (note* basic equipment IS provided if you do not bring your own) Any Epi-Pens, Puffers, Medication (if applicable) Lunch (and potentially a snack) (Nut and peanut free!) Hat & Sunscreen and water bottle (Due to allergies and sensitivities, we ask that you send your camper with his or her own Sunscreen, and apply sunscreen before arriving in the morning. Sunscreen will also be provided at camp for campers who are able to use generic sunscreens) X Please DO NOT bring valuables and electronics. Group Requests If you would like your camper to be in the same group as a friend or family member, please email stjamescamps@gmail.com with your request ASAP. This is particularly important for combination campers. We cannot guarantee group requests if they are not made in advance. Group lists are typically created the Friday of the week preceding the camp. Lunch Please send your full day camper with a nutritious lunch each day AM only camps run until 12:45 p.m. Pickup can be at any time after 12:00, but campers staying until 12:45 will likely need a lunch! You may also send a snack if you would like (recommended for full day registrants and mini age registrants ) NO PEANUT OR NUT PRODUCTS For Progressive & Teen camps, there will be snacks, drinks, and freezies available for purchase at the Canteen FYI the GNAG LUNCH PROGRAM is BACK in 2018! Register online or contact GNAG for details.

Drop Off and Pick Up ***Please try to drop off your camper 10 minutes before the actual start time of your camp*** Morning Registrants: 9:00 A.M. 12:45 P.M. *Consider sending AM campers with lunch! Afternoon Registrants: 1:00 P.M. 4:00 P.M. Full Day / Combination Camp Registrants: 9:00 A.M 4:00 P.M For each camp, the drop off and pick up locations are as follows: Mini Athletes (4-6): Corpus Christi School Mini Tennis (4-6): Corpus Christi School Mini Tennis & Athletes Combo (4-6): Corpus Christi School *Mini Camp: Access Corpus Christi through the Third Ave. gate, directly across from the community centre and tennis club. Use the blue doors in the school yard to access the lower level preschool rooms. Staff will provide directions on the first day. If you are late and need help, visit and ask the staff for access. *If your mini-camper is registered in a.m. pre-care, p.m. after-care, or any combination camp with GNAG, St. James/GNAG staff will ensure he or she is safely walked to and from locations as necessary Progressive (Gr 2-5) & Teen (Gr 6-9) Tennis: Progressive (Gr 2-5) & Teen (Gr 6-9) Multisport: Teen (Gr 6-9) Volleyball, Bball, Badminton: All Progressive & Teen Combination Camps: Sign In & Sign Out: Each day, all campers will be required to sign in and out with their instructors. For mini age camps, we ask that parents initial the sign in and sign out sheet each day. If you would like older campers to be able to sign themselves out, you must fill out the applicable section in the registration process. Please contact GNAG for late data entry or speak to camp staff in person for any last minute changes. Authorized Guardians: During the registration process, there is a space for you to indicate the people who are authorized to pick up your child. You must contact us or speak to camp staff in person if you plan on having someone who is not on your authorized list pick up your camper. This includes the parents of a friend. Late Drop Off & Early Pick Up: *Not applicable to Mini Camps or Progressive Tennis Camp* Since many camps do drop off and pick up at St. James, but then go to other locations for their activities, you can go directly to the daytime location if you happen to be quite late for drop off or quite early for pick up. If unsure whether a group has left, drop by the tennis club and ask staff for help. Early Drop Off (pre-care) & Late Pick Up (post-care): These options are available through Pre-care, Post-care, and Lunchtime Transition Schedule the community center. Visit gnag.ca to sign up! See below for a timetable. *If you are ever unsure of where to bring your camper, head to and the staff there will help direct you

Here is what will happen during the day if you are signed up for pre-care or post-care, or if you are in a combination of GNAG/St. James camps for the full day. If you have already signed up for camp, and you want to add pre-care or post-care, you must do this over the phone or in person with GNAG. TIME PROGRAM DESCRIPTION 8:00 8:45 Pre-care (@ GNAG) Campers sign into pre-care. As of 8:45 a.m, pre care campers transition to their regular day camps. Pre care registrants arriving after 8:45 should proceed directly to the day camp (directly to Corpus Christ School for mini camps) 8:45 9:00 Pre-care Counsellors from the day camps will pick up any campers in pre-care Counsellor Pickup 12:45 1:00 Lunch Transition After eating lunch, counsellors will bring campers to 4:00-6:00 Post-care (@ GNAG) their new PM camps Counsellors will bring registered campers to post-care. **It may take mini campers until 4:15 or so to arrive at the Community Center** Contact Us Email: stjamescamps@gmail.com for Camp Coordinators Phone GNAG: 613-233-8713 (ask GNAG community center staff to assist you with any inquiries or to contact a sports camp supervisor if necessary) or email gnag info@gnag.ca Thank you!
