NEW FARE FAMILIES Icelandair is adopting a new fare structure that involves using all booking classes, some in multiple fare classes. This will enable the airline to be more flexible and to better meet the service and fare demands of its passengers. North America Europe n C cabin will be a Saga Premium and Saga Premium Flex class. n M cabin will be an Economy Light/Standard/Flex class. n Y cabin (Economy Comfort) will be discontinued. n Silver members can, once during their card validity, request for an upgrade from Economy Standard/Flex to Saga Premium. Upgrades can be requested two months or less prior to departure, but no later than 24 hours before departure. n Gold members continue to enjoy unlimited upgrades, when available, and can request an upgrade when they have arrived at the airport. n Saga Points earning has been updated for all travel classes. MORE LEGROOM A PLACE WITH EVEN MORE SPACE Icelandair introduces a new service available from April 23: Seats with even more legspace. The More Legroom seats are a part of our new and wider range of products that allow passengers to tailor their travels to their exact needs. These chargeable seats are both at the front of the Economy cabin and by the emergency exits. All the More Legroom seats have at least 34 legspace. Prices vary, i.e. according to where in the cabin they are situated and whether or not full recline is possible.
