Virgin Australia lounge Terms and Conditions 1. Definitions In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires: a) Air New Zealand means Air New Zealand Limited. b) Air New Zealand Lounge means a guest lounge owned and operated by Air New Zealand. c) Corporate Client and Government Client means a party that has signed a corporate sales agreement with Virgin Australia, which provides for access to the lounge for the party s employees on a Corporate Membership. d) Corporate Member and Government Member ( Corporate Membership or Government Membership ) means a Lounge Member who is part of a corporate or government scheme and has their Membership managed by a Scheme Coordinator. e) domestic flight means a flight originating and terminating within Australia. f) Eligible Partner Airline means an airline which has entered into a commercial agreement with Virgin Australia and whose guests may access the Virgin Australia lounge, as published on the Virgin Australia website from time to time. g) Guest means any individual who is eligible to access the lounge, including Lounge Members, Invited Guests, Velocity Members, Single Entry Guests and Prepaid Single Entry Lounge Experience Guests. h) Individual Member or Individual Membership means a person who pays the applicable Membership Fee and Joining Fee and is not a Corporate Member, Lifetime Member or an Industry Member. i) Industry Member or Industry Membership means a Lounge Member who has paid the applicable Membership Fee and Joining Fee through a travel organisation or association. j) international flight means a flight which has a destination outside Australia. k) "Invited Guest" means a person who enters the Virgin Australia lounge as a guest of a Lounge Member, Velocity Gold Member or Velocity Platinum Member. l) Invited Guest Entry means a one off entry to the Virgin Australia lounge by an Invited Guest. m) "Invited Guest Entry Fee" means the fee payable for entry into the Virgin Australia lounge by Invited Guests, where the Lounge Member, Velocity Gold Member or Velocity Platinum Member has exceeded their complimentary Guest allowance. n) "Joining Fee" means the joining fee payable to Virgin Australia to join the lounge, as determined by Virgin Australia from time to time. o) Life means the natural life of a Lounge Member, for as long as Virgin Australia Airlines Pty Ltd owns and operates airport lounges. p) lounge or Virgin Australia lounge means the guest lounges operated by Virgin Australia. q) "Lounge Member" means a member of the lounge and includes an Individual Member, Lifetime Member, a Corporate Member and an Industry Member. It does not include a Single Entry Guest, Prepaid Single Entry Lounge Experience Guest or Invited Guest. r) lounge Rules means the rules which apply to every Occupant of the lounge that are available to on the Virgin Australia website, as amended by Virgin Australia from time to time. s) Lifetime Member or Lifetime Membership means a person who pays the applicable Membership Fee and has a continuous Membership to the lounge for the duration of their Life. t) Membership means your membership of the lounge.

u) "Membership Card" means your Velocity Frequent Flyer membership card, or Virgin Australia lounge Membership card, whichever is applicable. v) "Membership Fee" means the applicable fee payable to Virgin Australia for Membership, as determined by Virgin Australia from time to time and which may vary depending on your type of Membership. w) Occupant" or "You" means a Guest who has entered and is occupying the lounge. x) Prepaid Single Entry Lounge Experience means a one off entry to the lounge at the eligible domestic ports, which has been purchased during the booking process through Virgin Australia s website. y) Prepaid Single Entry Lounge Experience Guest means a person who is accessing the lounge with a Prepaid Single Entry Lounge Experience pass. z) Scheme Coordinator is the administrative contact for Corporate, Government or Industry Members and is responsible for managing the Memberships for those Lounge Members who are part of a corporate or government scheme or travel organisation (as applicable). aa) Senior Lifetime Member is a Lifetime Member who is aged 60 years and over at the time they become a Lifetime Member. bb) Single Entry means a one off entry to the lounge, which may be allocated to individuals by Virgin Australia or Velocity from time to time. cc) "Single Entry Guest" means a person who is accessing the lounge with a Single Entry pass. dd) "Velocity" or Velocity Frequent Flyer means the loyalty program (as amended from time to time) of the Virgin Australia Group, formerly being Velocity Rewards, which is owned and operated by Velocity Rewards Pty Ltd ACN 116 089 448 as trustee of The Loyalty Trust. ee) Velocity Account means your account setting out the details of your Velocity Membership including your points, status credits, and Single Entries. ff) Velocity Gold Member means a Velocity Member who has earned, in the previous 12 months, the number of Status Credits required to upgrade to, or maintain, Velocity Gold Membership level. gg) Velocity Member or Velocity Membership means a current member of Velocity Frequent Flyer. hh) Velocity Platinum Member means a Velocity Member who has earned, in the previous 12 months, the number of Status Credits required to upgrade to, or maintain, Velocity Platinum Membership level. ii) Velocity Website means the website located at www.virginaustralia.com/velocity. jj) "Virgin Australia" or "our" or "we" means Virgin Australia Airlines Pty Ltd ABN 36 090 670 965. kk) Virgin Australia Group means: a. Virgin Australia; b. Virgin Australia International; c. Virgin Australia Airlines (SE Asia); d. Virgin Samoa Ltd ABN 90 116 233 517; e. a subsidiary or related body corporate (as those terms are defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)); and f. any company in which Virgin Australia Holdings Limited ABN 54 100 686 226 has a direct or indirect share interest of at least ten percent. ll) Virgin Australia lounge Website means the website located at www.virginaustralia.com/thelounge. mm) Virgin Australia Website means the website located at www.virginaustralia.com. nn) Virgin Australia International means Virgin Australia International Airlines Pty Ltd ABN 63 125 580 823. oo) Virgin Australia (SE Asia) means Virgin Australia Airlines (SE Asia) Pty Ltd ABN 79 097 892 389.

2. Introduction a) These Terms and Conditions and the lounge Rules apply to all aspects of Membership of, and entry to, the lounge. b) Any person who applies for or purchases Membership, has a Membership purchased on their behalf, uses their Membership Card or uses the lounge (whether as a Lounge Member, Velocity Gold Member, Velocity Platinum Member, Invited Guest, Single Entry Guests or Prepaid Single Entry Lounge Experience Guest), will be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the lounge Rules. c) Virgin Australia has used all reasonable efforts to ensure the information provided to Occupants about the lounge is accurate and correct. However, to the extent permitted by law, Virgin Australia accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracy in any information provided or published about the lounge, whether such information is published by Virgin Australia or a third party. d) Virgin Australia reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions and the lounge Rules in its sole discretion at any time and without notice. Virgin Australia will post details of any changes on the Virgin Australia lounge Website and may not give any other notice of the changes. It is your responsibility to keep yourself familiar with these Terms and Conditions and the lounge Rules. 3. Virgin Australia lounge Membership a) Lounge Members must also be Velocity Members. b) Individual Membership is open to individuals who are over 18 years of age and is not transferable. c) Corporate Membership and Government Membership is available to Corporate Clients and Government Clients that enrol their employees in the lounge. Corporate Memberships, which are part of a Scheme, will have a common expiry date, regardless of the date individual Lounge Members join the lounge and may be transferred once per year to another employee of the same organisation. Virgin Australia may charge a transfer fee for this service, in its discretion. d) Virgin Australia expressly reserves the right to vary the amount of the Membership Fee or the Joining Fee payable by a Lounge Member at the time they renew their Membership including, without limitation, offering promotional or discounted rates. Virgin Australia will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any Lounge Member resulting from any variation to the Membership Fee or the Joining Fee. e) Membership is at the discretion of Virgin Australia, and it may accept or reject an application for Membership as it deems fit. f) For Individual Members and Industry Members, renewal of Membership, and payment of the Membership Fee is due upon the anniversary of the Member's date of joining. For Corporate Members and Government Members, payment of the Membership Fee is due upon the anniversary of the common expiry date. g) If Membership is not renewed within 1 month of its expiry, any subsequent application for its renewal will be subject to payment of the then applicable Joining Fee in addition to the Membership Fee. h) If Membership is renewed within 1 month of its expiry, the renewal will be backdated to the expiry date of the membership i) If an Individual Member indicates to us within 2 weeks of purchasing their Membership that they would like to withdraw from being an Individual Member of the lounge, we will cancel their Membership and issue a refund of the Membership Fee only, provided the Individual Member has not used their Membership at any lounge. The Joining Fee will not be refunded. An Individual Member who has used their Membership at a lounge within the 2 week period after purchasing their Membership cannot claim a refund of the Joining Fee or the Membership Fee. j) An Individual Member who enters the lounge in order to apply for Membership and has their Membership Card activated is deemed to have used their Membership and cannot claim a refund of the Joining Fee or the Membership Fee. k) Virgin Australia does not provide refunds or extensions as a result of paid Lounge Members becoming eligible for lounge access by virtue of their status in the Velocity program.

4. Membership Card a) When an application for Membership is accepted by Virgin Australia, the Lounge Member will be assigned a Membership number, which will be the same as the Lounge Member s Velocity Membership number, and the Lounge Member s Membership Card will be activated to allow the Lounge Member to access the lounge. b) The Membership is valid for use only by the Lounge Member whose name appears on the Membership Card. c) The Membership Card is not a payment card. Lounge Members must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised use of their Membership Card, and must notify Virgin Australia as soon as possible if their Membership Card is lost or stolen. Upon receiving a request for a replacement Membership Card, we may, as a precondition, request payment of a replacement card fee. We may also ask you to provide us with any documentation we consider is needed to verify that the request is genuine. We may decline to issue a replacement Membership Card if the request is made more than three months after the Membership Card has been lost or stolen. d) Lounge Members and/or the Scheme Coordinator (as applicable) must promptly advise Virgin Australia in writing of any change to their address or contact details. e) Lounge Members and/or the Scheme Coordinator (as applicable) must act fairly and reasonably and in good faith to Virgin Australia in all matters connected with their application for, and Membership of, the lounge. 5. Virgin Australia lounge Facilities and Services a) Some of the services and facilities offered in the lounge are provided by suppliers over which Virgin Australia has no control. Arrangements for the availability and utilisation of these facilities and services are made by Virgin Australia solely as agent for the suppliers providing such services and facilities. The provision of the services and facilities in the lounge will be subject, in each case, to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier providing the relevant services or facilities and any claims relating to such services or facilities should be made directly to the relevant supplier. b) Virgin Australia reserves the right in its absolute discretion to withdraw, cancel, vary or in any way change, or deny access to or use of any of the services and facilities offered or advertised as available to any Occupant by virtue of their Membership or of their entry to the lounge under these Terms and Conditions, at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by law, Virgin Australia shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any Occupant resulting from such withdrawal, cancellation, variation or change, or by the refusal or inability of Virgin Australia or any supplier to supply any service or facility at a lounge at any time. c) Where Virgin Australia supplies you with goods or services as part of your Membership, you have certain rights under the Australian Consumer Law, known as consumer guarantees. (i) These rights include guarantees that the goods supplied: 1. will be of acceptable quality; 2. will be reasonably fit for any purpose made known to us before we supply them to you; and 3. will correspond with any description, sample or demonstration model. (ii) These rights include guarantees that the services supplied will be: 1. carried out by us with due care and skill; 2. fit for the purpose disclosed; and 3. supplied within a reasonable time. This is a summary of some of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. It is not an exhaustive list and is not legal advice. Nothing in this document is intended to override or limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. d) To the extent permitted by law, Virgin Australia makes no warranties or representations in relation to the quality or availability of any services or facilities offered or advertised as available to an Occupant by virtue of entry to the lounge. To the extent permitted by law, Virgin Australia is not liable for any loss or

damage suffered by an Occupant as a result of the quality or unavailability of any service or facility in the lounge. e) Access to computer facilities and the internet may be available in the lounge, subject to availability. Virgin Australia does not represent or warrant that the computer facilities or internet access offered through the lounge are free from computer viruses or other defects. Virgin Australia shall not be liable for any third party content on the internet that the Occupant may find offensive, upsetting or defamatory. Occupants are responsible for maintaining the security of all log in identification information made available to them to access the internet or computer facilities in the lounge. To the extent permitted by law, Virgin Australia is not liable for any security breaches suffered by any Occupant when using the internet, including personal or information security breaches, and is not liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of the unavailability of the internet or computer facilities, including interruptions during use. f) Meeting rooms may be available in the lounge, subject to availability and payment of the applicable meeting room booking fee, which are published on the Virgin Australia lounge Website and are subject to change. Meeting rooms must be booked through lounge staff at reception. g) Occupants using the lounge computer facilities, the internet or meeting rooms assume responsibility for all loss, damage or consequences resulting directly or indirectly from such use. To the extent permitted by law, Virgin Australia shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered in respect of use of the computer facilities, the internet or the meeting rooms. h) Occupants are entitled to free photocopying (maximum 50 pages per day) and free faxing within Australia (maximum 50 pages per day), subject to paragraph 5(b) of these Terms and Conditions. Any photocopying over this limit will be charged at the rate determined by Virgin Australia from time to time. 6. Fees & Taxes a) From time to time, Virgin Australia may charge fees for some of the services provided in the lounge. Details of applicable fees, as determined by Virgin Australia from time to time, will be posted on the Virgin Australia lounge Website. Virgin Australia reserves the right to change or introduce new fees in relation to any of the services provided in the lounge at any time without notice. b) Virgin Australia accepts no responsibility for and makes no representation about your tax liability as a result of Membership or use of the lounge or any services or facilities in the lounge. You are solely responsible for any taxes, GST, duties, levies, fees or other charges levied or imposed arising from, as a result of or in connection with your Membership or use of the lounge. Virgin Australia recommends that you consult your accountant or tax adviser to ensure you understand possible tax (including fringe benefits tax) implications, if any, related to your Membership. 7. Access to the Virgin Australia lounge Lounge Member access a) Subject to all other Terms and Conditions and lounge Rules, Lounge Members may access the lounge in the relevant departure port when: (i) domestic flight: their next onward domestic flight departing on that day is with Virgin Australia or an Eligible Partner Airline; or (ii) New Zealand bound flight: their next onward international flight departing Australia on that day is with Virgin Australia or Air New Zealand, and the destination of that flight is within New Zealand. For the avoidance of doubt, Lounge Members may not access the lounge if their next onward international flight has a destination outside of New Zealand. b) In order to access the lounge, Lounge Members must provide at the reception desk of the lounge on the day of their departure: (i) satisfactory proof of identity (e.g. a driver's licence); (ii) their itinerary or boarding pass for onward travel on an eligible flight; and (iii) their Membership Card or Membership number.

c) Subject to space availability, Lounge Members and their Invited Guests may access the lounge immediately upon arrival at their destination. Velocity Gold Member and Velocity Platinum Member access d) Each Velocity Gold Member and Velocity Platinum Member receives complimentary access to the Virgin Australia lounge as a benefit of their Velocity Membership. e) Subject to all other Terms and Conditions and lounge Rules, Velocity Platinum Members and Velocity Gold Members may access the lounge in the relevant departure port when: (i) domestic flight: their next onward domestic flight departing on that day is with Virgin Australia or an Eligible Partner Airline; or (ii) international flight: their next onward international flight departing Australia on that day is with Virgin Australia or on an Eligible Partner Airline. f) In order to access the lounge, Velocity Platinum Members and Velocity Gold Members must provide at the reception desk of the lounge on the day of their departure: (i) satisfactory proof of identity (e.g. a driver's licence); (ii) their Membership Card or Membership number; and (iii) their same day domestic boarding pass for domestic flights on Virgin Australia or Eligible Partner Airlines. g) Velocity Platinum Members and each of their Invited Guests may access the lounge immediately upon arrival at their destination. h) Subject to space availability, Velocity Gold Members and each of their Invited Guests may access the lounge immediately upon arrival at their destination. Single Entry Guest access i) Single Entries may be allocated to individuals electronically (allocated to their Velocity account) or nonelectronically (hard copy Single Entry tickets) and may only be redeemed at Virgin Australia lounges. j) In order to access the lounge, Single Entry Guests must provide at the reception desk of the lounge on the day of their departure: (i) satisfactory proof of identity (e.g. a driver's licence); (ii) their same day onward Virgin Australia itinerary or boarding pass; and (iii) their Membership Card or their Single Entry ticket (whichever is applicable). k) Velocity Membership is not required for non electronic Single Entries. If you are using an electronic Single Entry and do not have your Velocity Membership card, we may be unable to verify your identity, and you may not be able to use your electronic Single Entry. l) Single Entries cannot be redeemed at Air New Zealand Lounges, Eligible Partner Airline lounges or any other partner airline lounges. Prepaid Single Entry Lounge Experience Guest access m) Prepaid Single Entry Lounge Experiences allow individuals one off access to selected lounges and are available for purchase via Virgin Australia s website at the time of booking a flight up until 24 hours before the flight departure. n) In order to access the lounge, Prepaid Single Entry Lounge Experience Guests must provide at the reception desk of the lounge on the day of their departure: (i) satisfactory proof of identity (e.g. a driver's licence); and (ii) a copy of their itinerary that displays the purchase of a Prepaid Single Entry Lounge Experience for that lounge location. o) A Prepaid Single Entry Lounge Experience may only be used on the date specified within your itinerary and is only available at the lounge location specified in your itinerary. p) Velocity Membership is not required for Prepaid Single Entry Lounge Experiences.

Invited Guest access q) Subject to all other Terms and Conditions and lounge Rules: (i) each Lounge Member and Velocity Gold Member may invite one Guest, and two children aged 2 12 years (inclusive), to accompany them to the lounge at no additional charge; and (ii) each Velocity Platinum Member may invite the following number of Guests: Condition When the Velocity Platinum Member s next onward domestic flight or international flight departing Australia on that day is with Virgin Australia or on an Eligible Partner Airline, and the destination of that flight is within New Zealand When the Velocity Platinum Member s next onward international flight departing Australia on that day is with Virgin Australia or on an Eligible Partner Airline, and the destination of that flight is outside of New Zealand Number of Invited Guests of Number of children Platinum members allowed allowed Three (3) Two (2) One (1) The number of children may vary depending on the international lounge provider. Please refer to Virgin Australia lounge website r) Additional Invited Guests (adults and children over 2 years) over a member s complimentary allowance will be charged the Invited Guest Entry Fee and may be purchased at the lounge reception. s) Invited Guests must be accompanied by a Lounge Member, Velocity Gold Member or a Velocity Platinum Member at all times while in the lounge, but need not be travelling. Rules applying to access t) Single Entry Guests and Prepaid Single Entry Lounge Experience Guests may only access the lounge for a maximum period of two hours prior to the scheduled departure time of their flight. u) Entry to the lounge for all Guests is at all times subject to space availability. v) Priority will be given to Velocity Platinum Members and their Invited Guests with same day travel with Virgin Australia or an Eligible Partner Airline. w) Each Guest must ensure that any of his/her Invited Guests comply with these Terms and Conditions and the lounge Rules at all times. x) Entry to the lounge for Single Entry, Prepaid Single Entry Lounge Experience, and complimentary or additional Guests may be restricted during peak periods and when the lounge is at, or nearing, full capacity. y) Guests under the age of 18 years: (i) must be accompanied by an adult when visiting the lounge; and (ii) are not permitted to access the self service bar. z) Virgin Australia lounge staff may, in their absolute discretion, refuse entry to any individual or require an Occupant to immediately leave the lounge, at any time for any reason deemed appropriate by Virgin Australia. aa) Smart, casual dress standards apply at all times. Virgin Australia reserves the right to deny entry to the lounge to any person who does not meet appropriate dress standards, in its absolute discretion. bb) Access to the lounge and its services and facilities may be unavailable, restricted, limited or withdrawn at any time for operational reasons. cc) Virgin Australia lounge operating hours may vary without notice.

8. Reciprocal access to Air New Zealand lounges a) Subject to the conditions below, reciprocal access to selected Air New Zealand Lounges in Australia and New Zealand is available to Lounge Members, Velocity Gold Member and Velocity Platinum Member travelling: (i) on trans Tasman flights (to or from New Zealand) on Virgin Australia, Virgin Australia International and Air New Zealand marketed and operated flights; and (ii) within New Zealand on Air New Zealand flights. b) Air New Zealand lounge locations available to Lounge Members, Velocity Gold Member and Velocity Platinum Member are published on the Virgin Australia Website. c) Access to Air New Zealand Lounges or any other international partner airline lounges is not available to Single Entry and Prepaid Single Entry Lounge Experience. d) Access to Air New Zealand Lounges is subject to space availability at all times. Smart, casual dress standards apply, and individuals must comply with the Koru Terms and Conditions, available at www.airnewzealand.co.nz/koru terms conditions. e) Benefits offered by Air New Zealand to its members travelling on Air New Zealand marketed and operated flights may differ from the reciprocal benefits provided. f) Access to Air New Zealand Lounges will be available to Lounge Members, Velocity Gold Member and Velocity Platinum Members for the duration of the reciprocal access agreement between Virgin Australia and Air New Zealand. Locations available to Members, and the terms and conditions of the reciprocal access may be subject to change without notice. Information regarding access is published on the Virgin Australia Website. 9. Privacy & Electronic Messages a) You agree that we will collect and use your personal information in accordance with Virgin Australia s Privacy Policy, which is published on the Virgin Australia Website at https://www.virginaustralia.com/au/en/about us/legal policies/privacy/privacy policy/. b) You consent to receiving marketing and promotional material from Virgin Australia and agree that Virgin Australia does not need not include an "unsubscribe" facility in any electronic message it sends you. 10. Termination a) Virgin Australia expressly reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion and without notice, to: (i) terminate or materially alter any aspect of operation of the lounge; (ii) terminate or suspend any Membership and/or the right of any Lounge Member to use his or her Membership. b) Any breach of these Terms and Conditions, whether intentional or otherwise, may result in termination or suspension of Membership, cancellation of access to lounge services or facilities, or both, at Virgin Australia's sole discretion. c) Virgin Australia may terminate or suspend a Lounge Member's Membership if, in Virgin Australia's reasonable opinion, a Lounge Member has: (i) abused or damaged any facilities or services in the lounge; (ii) displayed or engaged in inappropriate behaviour whilst in the lounge which is or may be likely to be detrimental to the interests of Virgin Australia or a supplier; (iii) supplied or attempted to supply misleading information or make any misrepresentation to Virgin Australia or a supplier; (iv) failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions or the lounge Rules; (v) been refused carriage on a Virgin Australia flight; (vi) engaged in, or suspected to be engaged in, illegal activities whilst within the lounge;

(vii) engaged in theft of Virgin Australia's property or another Occupant's property; or (viii) abused or intimidated lounge staff or the staff of any of its suppliers. d) In the event a Membership is terminated by Virgin Australia for one of the reasons set out in clause 10.c) of these Terms and Conditions, the Lounge Member will forfeit the Lounge Member s Membership Fee and the Joining Fee. e) In the event a Membership is terminated by Virgin Australia for a reason other than those set out in clause 10.c) of these Terms and Conditions, a pro rata refund will be made of the Lounge Member's Membership Fee and Joining Fee. On termination of Membership for any reason, all benefits associated with Membership of the lounge will cease. f) Virgin Australia will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which you or anyone else may suffer as a result of any termination or suspension of your Membership. g) Membership will automatically terminate on the death of the Lounge Member and the Membership Fee and Joining Fee will be forfeited. Membership is not willable. 11. Limitation of Liability a) These terms and conditions together with the lounge Rules and any subsequent amendments made in accordance with these terms set out the entire agreement with you regarding entry to and use of the lounge. b) To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable to you for any loss or damage you incur as a result of, or in any way connected to, your Membership or your access to the lounge. Without limitation, we are not liable to you for any direct or indirect loss, damage or expense, including any personal injury or property damage and regardless of whether the same arose from negligence, breach of contract or otherwise, and regardless of whether we have any control over circumstances giving rise to the claim or not. 12. General a) These terms and conditions are governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the law in force in the State of Queensland, Australia and you agree to submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of courts of that State. b) If any provision in these terms and conditions is void or unenforceable, that provision shall be read down to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable and, to the extent that it cannot be so read down, shall be deemed to be severed from this Agreement. 13. Single Entry, Prepaid Single Entry Lounge Experience and Invited Guest Entry This clause 13 sets out the terms and conditions that apply to Prepaid Single Entry Lounge Experiences Guests, Single Entry Guests and Invited Guests. These conditions are in addition to all Virgin Australia lounge Terms and Conditions and the lounge Rules. a) A Single Entry must be used prior to or on the date of expiry for that Single Entry. Velocity Silver Single Entry is valid for twelve months from the date of issue. b) You can check how many unused electronic Single Entries you have and the expiry date of each Single Entry by logging into your Velocity Account through the Velocity Website. c) Single Entries are not refundable, are not redeemable for cash or other services provided by Virgin Australia, and are not available for use beyond their expiry date. d) You cannot transfer Single Entries to other people (for example, to other Velocity Members) but you can use your Single Entries to enable other people who are travelling with you to gain access to the lounge.

e) Prepaid Single Entry Lounge Experiences can be redeemed at Virgin Australia domestic lounges only, and must be used prior to the applicable flight. For the avoidance of doubt, Prepaid Single Entry Lounge Experiences cannot be redeemed at Air New Zealand Lounges, Eligible Partner Airline lounges or any other partner airline lounges. For a current list of all the Virgin Australia lounge locations, please visit the Virgin Australia lounge Website. f) Prepaid Single Entry Lounge Experiences are refundable only if entry to the lounge was not permitted due to space not being available. g) Single Entry, Prepaid Single Entry Lounge Experiences and Invited Guest Entry access is subject to space availability at all times, and may not be available for use, during peak periods and high capacity utilisation of lounges. h) Prepaid Single Entry Lounge Experiences are not redeemable for cash or other services provided by Virgin Australia, and are not available for use beyond their expiry date. 14. Obligations of Scheme Coordinators In addition to any other obligations in these Terms and Conditions, Scheme Coordinators must: a) promptly provide any information requested by Virgin Australia regarding a Scheme; b) not in any way sell, barter, attempt to transfer or otherwise deal with any benefits connected with Membership; c) not abuse or misuse any benefits accorded to the Lounge Member as part of their Membership; d) not act in any way which is likely to be contrary to the interests of Virgin Australia; and e) be responsible for keeping up to date with any changes to these Terms and Conditions via the Virgin Australia lounge Website. 15. Corporate and Government Memberships This clause 15 sets out the way in which your organisation can purchase, use and manage Corporate Memberships or Government Memberships on the internet ("Corporate Scheme") from us. These conditions are in addition to all Virgin Australia lounge Terms and Conditions and the lounge Rules. a) When you join a Corporate Scheme, your access to and use of the lounge will be governed by these Terms and Conditions, and you will be a Corporate Member for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions. b) Velocity Membership: To purchase Corporate Memberships or Government Memberships, each individual nominated for a Corporate Membership or Government Membership must be a Velocity Member. If the individual nominated for Corporate Membership or Government Membership is not a Velocity Member, the Scheme Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that the nominated individual nominated becomes a Velocity Member prior to accessing the lounge. c) How to buy: Guests belonging to a Corporate Scheme can purchase Corporate Membership or Government Membership by accepting their nomination. A nomination can be accepted by logging onto the Virgin Australia Lounge Website and paying the Membership Fee for Corporate Membership or Government Membership. Membership can also be purchased on an individual s behalf by their assigned Scheme Coordinator. We may at our discretion increase, reduce or temporarily discount the Membership Fee for all Corporate Members or for a Corporate Scheme specifically. When a Corporate Membership or Government Membership is purchased, the Membership will be activated electronically under the nominated individual s Velocity Account. d) How to use: Each Corporate Member can use Corporate Membership by showing their Membership Card at the lounge on the day of your departure. If the Corporate Member or Government Member does not have their Membership Card, Virgin Australia may be unable to verify the Corporate Member or Government Member s identity, and the Lounge Member may not be able to use their Corporate Membership or Government Membership.

e) When the Corporate Member or Government Member enters the lounge, the Corporate Member or Government Member uses their Corporate Membership or Government Membership, regardless of how long you stay in the lounge f) Virgin Australia lounges are available at selected Australian domestic airports. For a current list of all the lounge locations, please visit the Virgin Australia lounge Website. g) Corporate Memberships and Government Memberships are not refundable, and are not redeemable for cash or other services provided by Virgin Australia. The Scheme Coordinator can transfer a Corporate Paid Corporate Membership or Government Membership to another nominated individual (for example, to another employee who is a Velocity Member) once per year. h) Management of Corporate Memberships or Government Memberships are solely the responsibility of the Scheme Coordinator. Virgin Australia will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Scheme Coordinator, a Corporate Member or a Government Member for the Scheme Coordinators failure to advise Virgin Australia of changes to a Corporate Member or Government Member s details. i) A Scheme Coordinator can add a Velocity Platinum Member or Velocity Gold Member to a Corporate or Government Scheme for reporting purposes only. Platinum or Gold Members cannot be nominated, but can be added free of charge to the Scheme using the Corporate Paid option. j) Once nominated by the Scheme Coordinator, the individual has thirty days to purchase a Membership within the applicable scheme before the nomination expires. The Membership Fee and Joining Fee will be communicated to the individual at the time of the nomination. 16. Industry Memberships This clause 16 sets out the way in which your travel organisation or association can purchase, use and manage Industry Memberships on the internet ("Industry Scheme") from us. These conditions are in addition to all Virgin Australia lounge Terms and Conditions and the lounge Rules. a) A travel organisation or association must have a signed agreement with us, and must qualify for Industry Membership in accordance with their agreement with us. b) Velocity Membership: To purchase Industry Memberships, a nominated individual must be a Velocity Member. If the proposed Industry Member is not a Velocity Member, the proposed Industry Member must become a Velocity Member prior to joining the lounge. If the travel organisation or association has a Scheme Coordinator, the Scheme Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that the nominated individual becomes a Velocity Member. c) How to buy: A travel organisation or association can purchase Industry Memberships by logging onto the Virgin Australia lounge Website and paying the Membership Fee for Industry Members. We may at our discretion increase, reduce or temporarily discount the Membership Fee for all Industry Members or for a specific Industry Scheme specifically. When you purchase an Industry Membership, we will store the Membership electronically in the nominated individual s Velocity Account. d) How to use: Each Industry Member can use their Industry Membership by showing their Membership Card at the lounge on the day of your departure. If the Industry Member does not have a Membership Card, Virgin Australia may be unable to verify the Industry Member s identity, and the Industry Member may not be able to use their Industry Membership. e) When the Industry Member enters the lounge, the Industry Member uses their Industry Membership, regardless of how long they stay in the lounge. f) Virgin Australia lounges are available at selected Australian domestic airports. For a current list of lounge locations, please visit the Virgin Australia lounge Website. g) Industry Memberships are not refundable, non transferable and are not redeemable for cash or other services provided by Virgin Australia. h) Management of Industry Memberships is solely the responsibility of the Scheme Coordinator and/or Industry Member. Virgin Australia will not be liable for any lost or damage suffered by the Scheme Coordinator or an Industry Member because the Scheme Coordinators or Industry Member failed to advise Virgin Australia of changes to the Industry Members details.

17. Lifetime Membership a) This clause 17 sets out the way in which you can purchase and use Lifetime Memberships to the lounge. These conditions are in addition to all Virgin Australia lounge Terms and Conditions and lounge Rules, available at the Virgin Australia lounge Website. b) Velocity Membership: To purchase Lifetime memberships, you must be an Australian resident, aged 18 years or over, and a Velocity Member. You can become a Velocity Member online by logging on to the Velocity Website. c) How to buy: Lifetime Membership can be purchased by calling the lounge Membership team on 1300 287 202 during business hours or by sending an email to thelounge@virginaustralia.com. d) Life Members will receive Membership for the duration of their natural life, for as long as Virgin Australia operates the lounge. e) How to use: Lifetime Members can use Lifetime Membership by showing their Membership Card at the lounge on the day of your domestic departure or international departure if the destination of that flight is within New Zealand. If the Lifetime Member does not have their Membership Card, we may be unable to verify the Lifetime Member s identity, and the Lifetime Member may not be able to use the Membership. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the lounge. f) When the Lifetime Member enters the lounge, the Lifetime Member uses their Lifetime Membership, regardless of how long the stay in the lounge. g) Lifetime Memberships are not refundable, and we will not provide pro rata discount or refund for achieving or maintaining Velocity Platinum or Velocity Gold status with complimentary lounge entitlement. h) Lifetime Memberships are not transferable or willable, and are not redeemable for cash or other services provided by Virgin Australia. i) Senior Lifetime Membership is available at a discounted rate to Members aged 60 years and over. Proof of age is required at the time of purchase.
