Main Screen From the Main Screen to add your Scouts and Leaders: Click Scout button to add Scout information. Click Leader button to add Leader information.
To add Scouts: Choose Scout type (Boy Scout, Varsity Scout, Venture Scout) from the drop down menu Then add in information about each scout. First Name, Last Name, Grade, and Emergency Contact fields are mandatory. Only Base Camps (BSI) CP, CO, CLAB High adventure campers are NOT entered into the system. Enter Your Scouts
Save- and Save Again! For adding Scouts: Be sure to click Save Scout Information
Enter Your Leaders For adding Leaders: Choose Leader Title/Position from the Drop Down Menu Then enter in information on the same line. First Name, Last Name, and Emergency Contact fields are mandatory. Click Save Leader Information.
Saturday, when registration opens Click on Schedule to start building the class schedules for your troop members. Scheduling for MBs is first-come, first-get. Get multiple people and split up your Scouts into groups to maximize opportunities.

To build schedules: 1. Make selection from available classes for each time slot drop down menu. 2. Classes with multiple time slots will auto-fill Once all classes are chosen, choose Save Schedule. When done, click on Finished with Participant and select another participant to create a schedule for.
Class Capacities Caps Some classes have specific amounts allowed for safety or teaching effectiveness Can t get the class? Continue checking back, something my open up. Get into SOMETHING a spot may open up once you arrive!
Rosters and Schedules Click on Summary to see the Leaders and Scouts scheduled to attend camp. Click on Troop Detail Report to view/print all schedules and information.
So I am at Camp, NOW WHAT?? When you arrive, check with Camp/Program Director if you have wait-list situations Merit badges start Monday morning Listen for meetings that may occur Sunday night We do NOT use blue cards on the BRSR You have access to the system and can print pre-formatted Blue Cards All unfished requirements will be noted We welcome your observation, and if invited, participation- and your feedback! 18
And then After Friday night s campfire, you will receive a report with all Scouts, and their completion/partial/did not attend status Audit them If there are any questions, Area Directors will be available for an hour to discuss them 19
