Rakaa Properties: Rakaa Development Co. Ltd. was founded in 1990 and since its inception has developed over 2.3 Million sq.m of diversified projects. Over the past 18 years, our projects have included a wide range of property types from office buildings, malls (both indoor and outdoor), residential compounds, apartments and luxury villas, ranches and farms all around the Saudi Kingdom. All were developed in-house with Rakaa Construction overseeing the execution works, this enabled us to control costs and increase profits.
