What is Wyndham Rewards? Wyndham Rewards is the world s largest hotel rewards program based on the number of participating properties and is offered exclusively by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The program enables Wyndham Rewards members to earn Wyndham Rewards points, which can be redeemed towards property stays, car rentals, gift cards, levies and more! Privileges by Wyndham members ( Privileges members ) are automatically enrolled in Wyndham Rewards as part of their Privileges membership benefits. Wyndham Rewards offers its members: Over 25,000 hotels, condos and homes Hotel night stays at participating properties globally Hundreds of other reward options such as gift cards and merchandise Special offers for hotels and provider promotions Privileges members also gain exclusive access to additional ways to earn Wyndham Rewards points, as well as exciting redemption options 3

Earning Wyndham Rewards Points Attending an Owner Update Privileges members can earn Wyndham Rewards points by attending an Owner Update during their stay at selected WorldMark South Pacific Club resorts. Sales Incentives Privileges members can earn Wyndham Rewards points through various sales incentive promotions offered from time to time. Property Stays Wyndham Rewards makes it easy to earn Wyndham Rewards points while staying at selected hotels, condos and homes. With brands including Wyndham, Ramada, TRYP by Wyndham, Caesars Entertainment, plus many more, there is something for everyone. For every qualified stay at a participating property, Privileges members receive either: 10 Wyndham Rewards points for every US$1^; or 1,000 Wyndham Rewards points, whichever is more*. Points are earned for dollars spent on room rate only, except at Wyndham properties where 10 points are earned for each dollar spent on the total folio. Wyndham Rewards can only be earned at non- WorldMark South Pacific Club apartments, so get out and explore the world beyond the Club! Wyndham Rewards points will usually be posted to an account two to four weeks after the activity through which they were earned. WorldMark South Pacific Club Annual Levies Privileges members can use Wyndham Rewards points towards the payment of WorldMark South Pacific Club Annual Levies. Please note Wyndham Rewards points cannot be used for Privileges membership fees. To redeem, login to wyndhamhotels.com/wyndhamrewards 10,000 points = AU$60 * *Exchange rate is subject to change from time to time and will be communicated to members. The New Zealand Annual Levy is the same as the Australian Annual Levy but is converted into NZD through a set exchange rate based on the currency at the beginning of the year. What is the cancellation policy for go free sm award reservations? The cancellation policy applicable to a member s reservation will be displayed in the case of an online reservation, or explained in the case of a reservation made with Member Services, prior to finalisation of the reservation. If a Member cancels his/her reservation through Wyndham Rewards Member Services or online at wyndhamhotels.com/wyndhamrewards in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy, all points redeemed for the go free sm or go fast sm Award will automatically be returned to his/her account (provided they have not expired as of the date of such cancellation). If a member cancels his/her go free sm or go fast sm Award reservation outside of the applicable cancellation policy, he/she will forfeit the points for such reservation and he/she will be obligated to pay the cash portion of the go fast sm Award reservation. 4. Does the Wyndham Rewards program offer anything special for Privileges members? Yes! Privileges members can redeem Wyndham Rewards points to make a payment towards their Annual Levies. Additionally, Privileges members can earn Wyndham Rewards points as rewards for referring friends to the WorldMark South Pacific Club, attending Owner Updates and through sales incentives. Privileges membership is linked to Wyndham Rewards membership and the Wyndham Rewards account will be automatically created with the primary Privileges member name. Exchange Program 1. How does the exchange of Privileges Qualified Credits for Wyndham Rewards points work? Privileges Elite, Diamond, Platinum and 100 Club members have the ability to exchange Privileges Qualified Credits for Wyndham Rewards points through the Wyndham Rewards program, allowing members to holiday at over 25,000 additional hotels, condos and homes across the globe. This excludes Bonus, Award and One-Time Credits, as well as borrowed Vacation Credits or Vacation Credits with less than 45 days validity. 3. Can a Privileges member convert their Privileges Qualified Credits every year? Privileges Elite, Diamond, Platinum and 100 Club members may exchange their Privileges Qualified Credits towards this benefit once every Anniversary Year up to the Annual Credit Exchange Cap as seen below. The exchange rate is subject to change from time to time, which will be communicated to members. Wyndham Rewards points will appear in a Wyndham Rewards account within 72 hours after the exchange transaction is finalised. 6. What is the exchange rate? For every 1,000 Privileges Qualified Credits exchanged, the following Wyndham Rewards points will be received: Privileges Elite: 5,000 Wyndham Rewards points Privileges Diamond: 6,000 Wyndham Rewards points Privileges Platinum and 100 Club: 7,500 Wyndham Rewards points These amounts are subject to change. 7.
