While at the residence Deputies made contact with Joseph N. Upon arriving on scene, I observed two white males near their

After talking to the reporting party and property owner, both male subjects were taken into custody. Both male subjects were transported to the Cass County Jail and turned over to the Jail Deputies to complete the booking process. Both male subjects were released after being issued a a summons for trespassing. 08/17/15 22:21 19501 299TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08-17-15 at approximately 2237 hours I responded to the Cass County Sheriff's Office front lobby located at 2501 W Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, MO in reference to an assault investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Tyler Gaskins and Alexandria Koetting who stated a subject tried to run them off the road. Two suspects were identified. I arrived and took a male subject into custody on an active Cass County warrant. Subject was transported to Cass County Jail. 08/18/15 07:49 J/203, PECULIAR On August 18, 2015, I investigated a motor vehicle collision that occurred on State Route J south of 203rd Street in rural Peculiar, Missouri. A blue Ford Escort struck the rear-end of a black Nissan Altima that was stopped in traffic. My investigation revealed that this would be a civil matter between a landlord and tenants. 08/18/15 08:24 CORN RD/315TH, HARRISONVILLE On August 18, 2015 at approximately 0825 hours, I was dispatched to the Cass-Bates PWSD #12 water pump station located at S. Corn Road and E. 315th Street in reference to suspicious activity. My investigation revealed that someone had thrown a bottle with a sock inside into the fenced area of the pump station. My investigation revealed that a trailer that was not owned by the property owner was parked in a field and the identification number was not found on the trailer. A male subject, Larry Gravitt, that his residence had been burglarized and that several items were stolen out of the residence. I made contact with a male subject and took the male subject into custody on an active Cass County warrant. Subject was transported to the Cass County Jail. The male subject was also served an exparte from Jackson County. 08/19/15 05:33 NB 49/MM 161.6, HARRISONVILLE On August 19, 2015 at approximately 0533 hours, I was dispatched to non-injury motor vehicle accident car vs semi on north bound I-49 approximately one mile north of 291 Hwy exit in Harrisonville, MO. Car was towed from the scene due to damage. Semi was able to drive away from scene. Upon arrival I made contact with Barry, Terri w/f who's' BMW was damaged when a Enterprise Rental truck struck her BMW when the truck turned from Mullen road onto 205th street. I was informed that the driver of the vehicle had tampered with the mail boxes at this location and then was seen driving south in the driveway of 43109 East 339th street. Driver of vehicle #1 stopped at the stop sign and then pulled out in front of vehicle #2 which had the right of way with no traffic control. Reporting a white Mercedes traveling south on I49 at a high rate of speed and failing to maintain a single lane of travel. I stopped the vehicle at South Bound I49 at Commercial street where the vehicle struck the guard rail. It was determined the the driver had a low blood sugar level. Upon arriving I spoke to a male subject that was hit in the mouth by another male party. The suspect had already left the residence. Raymore Police Department located the suspect. The subjects were identified. Upon arrival I made contact with Jarae J Walton, who stated she was not suicidal and did not want to harm herself. Upon arrival I contacted Roger Reed. Mr. Reed stated his daughter and a male subject had an argument and she'd left the residence. Ms. Alicia Meador was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/23/15 14:30 PRICE CHOPPER, On August 23, 2015 I responded to 1501 N. Scott Street, Belton, Missouri in reference to assist the Belton Police Department. I then took Bernice Renee Fase into custody on the Cass County warrant with a $25,000.00 cash or surety bond and Ms. Fase was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/23/15 19:33 253/PECULIAR DR, On August 23, 2015 I responded to the area of 253rd Street and Peculiar Drive in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Contact was made with Ms. Tracy Reyes who was in the area arrow head hunting. The vehicle she explained, that she was buying from Ms. Laura Ketchum.
