Business sponsors get exposure through all our online advertising for the event, including having your logo plastered on all marketing and t-shirts to racers. Each business interested should contact me to reserve a spot. For Chamber member businesses it will cost only $75, or $150 for Non-Chamber members. Limited amount of spots have access to power. Treat this Business Expo as a chance to promote your business, hand out information about your business, explain what your business does, or just as a general meet and greet to better introduce yourself to the community you work in. With this being the first year, space will be limited, and it will be First Come, First Served in terms of reserving a spot. 2018 Board of Directors Election will be held at the Annual Dinner on January 13, 2018 at Fires of 1918 Museum & Depot Community Center. Reservations are required by January 5th. $20 per plate. We need donations for door prizes! Catered by the Rustic Diner in Barnum. Menu will include; Stuffed Pork Loin Baked chicken Garlic Mash Seasonal vegetable medley Tossed salad with assortment of dressings Roll and butter Dessert Cash Bar Available by ML Municipal Liquor Store The Rustic Diner in Barnum will also be serving a Steak & Eggs special on the weekends for only $10 AND every Sunday they will have a homemade meal with salad bar special! The Ice Bocce event is now scheduled for Saturday, February 10 th on the shores of the Moose Lake City Park! It will be a fundraiser for the local Post-Prom committees from Barnum, Willow River, and Moose Lake schools. Please mark your calendars for a fun day. Even if you don t know exactly what Ice Bocce is you can learn it on the fly..this is surely to be a fun event with prizes, a warming house, and the Moose Lake Muni and Moose Lake Brewing Company plan to be there to take part in the fun! Dear Potential Moose Triathlon Sponsor: RE: MOOSE LAKE TRIATHLON SPONSORSHIPS/DONATIONS NEEDED History: What started as a small fun time event among friends has now become an important Moose Lake Area Chamber of Commerce (MLACC) event. In 2013, a dedicated organizing committee of the MLACC got our first successful "Tri" under our belts with 45 participants. 2014 & 15 were really our years to shine with an event that improves every year, made possible by the lessons we learned and the assistance of Sponsors. Although road/water conditions got in the way in 2016 we are projecting a significantly larger attendance in 2018 of 100+ participants (adults, youth and 3-person teams), scheduled for July 21st, 2018. Purpose: Our event has 3 primary purposes; 1) to draw participants from outside of the area and showcase Moose Lake amenities and businesses, 2) promote an active and healthy lifestyle through exercise, family, community and the outdoors 3) to support of MLACC activities, tourism and marketing of our area. The Moose Triathlon Committee would like you to consider sponsoring and promoting the event and the excitement that goes along with it. As a Sponsor, your corporate logo and/or slogan would appear on Moose Triathlon apparel and on our website. We will also include your logo in any correspondence to race participants and volunteers to ensure repeated exposure to your brand.
