To ensure your child s safest experience possible, each counselor has passed a background check and has a current CPR and First Aid certification. WE WELCOME FEEDBACK We always encourage input and feedback formally and informally. We will send out two surveys over the course of the summer. THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING THE Y! The YMCA of Metro Atlanta is committed to providing financial assistance to those who cannot afford the full price of our programs including camp. Last year hundreds of children in the metro Atlanta area attended camp because they were awarded scholarships to various YMCA camps. Money for scholarships is not generated from membership dues. We rely on gifts from friends like you to provide this much needed assistance. Through WHY IT MATTERS, local businesses and individuals partner with the Y to ensure every child can be part of the Y and the programs offered. The need for community programs that build character and foster good citizenship continues to grow each day. Please consider sponsoring a camper and providing him/her with a once-in-a-lifetime experience!
