RING ORIENTEE LEARNING WITH FUN ORIENTEERING, A PASSION With O camp, children discover a landscape and become familiar with the surrounding natural environment. With O camp, children discover, or re-discover orienteering through orienteering games and different training cs (relay, sprint, short raids...) G BAT H I N BIATHLON At daytime, they take part to various activities, challenging body and mind. And every evening a night fair. RO L L E RS K I THE COACHING TEAM Children are coached by animators (including a director) graduated in animation (BAFA) or FFCO graduated. The holiday village includes an indoor warmed swimming pool! With a football, a volley-ball and a tennis ground A MODERN AND COMFORTABLE ACCOMODATION O CAMP IS 10 YEARS OLD! On this birthday year, O camp comes back to the ground of it s origins. O camp 2018 will take place around Lamoura (Jura mountains). Located in the heart of high Jural regional natural park, chikdren will discover marvelous landscapes! They ll run on orienteering maps close to the holiday center, as well as try biathlon and rollerski, in this exceptional year, on the rollerski stadium of Les Tuffes. And why not, may be se olympic champions! LAMOURA Some travel times (by car) 1h10: Genava-Lamoura (60 km) 1h50: Dole-Lamoura (124 km) 2h10: Lyon-Lamoura (142 km) 5h30: Paris-Lamoura (484 km) 6h40: Calais-Lamoura (716 km) The recently built residence offers modern and comfortable equipments. O campers are welcome in rooms of 2 to 6 beds with facilities inside. The holiday s village includes 3 restaurant halls in between a panoramic restroom where children will appreciate a magnificient view on Lamoura s lake. TAKING PART TO O CAMP 2018 To take part to O camp 2018, your child must be aged 11 to 13 y-o (born between 2005-01-01 and 2007-12-31). O camp is opened both to non-licenced and FFCO licenced. Because of limited places (40 children is a maximum), priority entry will be opened to non licenced or FFCO licenced accompanied by a non-licenced. LES DATES For O camp 2018, meeting dates are from sunday July 29. to sunday August 5. Which means 7 days and 7 nights of pure fun! SCHEDULE O campers are welcome at holiday s village : Sunday July 29. between 4 pm and 7 pm, at the village or at the railway station / Geneva airport (animator on site from 12 o clock). O campers leaving the holiday s village : Sunday August 5., between 1 and 2 pm (Ready to start from Lamoura at 8:30 am). ABOUT ANIMATION TEAM The forty young O campers will be coached by 4 or 5 animators, (including 1 director), graduated in animation (BAFA) and FFCO graduated (animator or monitor). FEES FFCO licenced : 450 Non-licenced : 480,45 Registration to the stay includes insurance for all practised activities.
