World Potato Congress & ALAP Congress Program May 26 June 01, 2018 The World Potato Congress is the most important scientific event on potato development worldwide and will be held for the first time in South America. This 2018 will be held in Cusco, Perú on May 26 th until June 1, 2018. The following program relates to the World Potato Congress Program. Pre and Post Tours are separate programs and can be coordinated with the Congress Program. Flights can be provided from any Canadian major centre, to join up with a group rate flight from Toronto to Lima, Peru. All projects are managed collectively because they ensure the effective participation and sharing of benefits derived, equitably. Option B: Visit INIA Agricultural Experimental Station (EEAA) Andenes, located in the province of Anta (Sacred Valley), different types of potatoes are grown on ecological floors with scientific accompaniment. 18:00 Hrs.
