YDP Report no report, need a debrief. Jane getting on calendar NAGM Region websites must have original traditional AYSO logo Need to have AYSO (logo branding) on all shirts, handouts, official paperwork, everyone needs to know that your region is part of AYSO. Maurice, "If you want to change you have a voice at the General Board Meeting, you will be heard". Region 908 received President Circle (growth in region for 2yrs). Region 98 good for Area support Greatest need Referee Changing the way we assign game Assign center ref s possibly Expanded relationship with challenger this year, Region 1304 starting at area is huge support Jane and Lisa to see if I get an informational board meeting Fields possibly have U14 on Saturdays, last two hours Jane to have East LA RC to come visit with Sandy Region 908 Area good support, Trying to be more self efficient need more volunteers and support them, Possible talk to 98 to join challenger, Looking differently old volunteers need to reset, Meeting for each division for just that, PowerPoint to put on board for parent meetings, Want to educate parents, Al Things doing differently Using eayso to store fees paid Enables us to plan, as we have number of players and fees paid Helps in tracking scholarships Helps in tracking refunds Changing team formations adding more teams, with fewer players, in the younger divisions We traditionally get an influx of the youngers after school starts By having more teams, we can add them and not significantly impact team size (U6 plays 4v4 instead of 3v3, but less than 5v5 or 6v6) New/younger board expect for 3 board members, all are on the board less than 5 years this means new ideas are being propagated and discussed Am thinking about re upping at RC With the bi yearly RC change, region is always in the state of flux Current board is working well and making positive changes with good impacts Will discuss with board and identified next RC's New Business Submit lottery for National Games ASAP Smaller regions, team from Area, pull together Meeting Adjourn 9:24

Based on the newest numbers we will face the challenge of finding, recruiting, training qualified volunteers After our executive board meeting on Monday June 1st will have a better idea of where we stand. I am supportive of efforts to recruit U5 players/teams/volunteers past the May 9th lat registration. We are looking at at forming a GU13 Extra Team which has regenerated interest in a BU13 Team. Concerns are how this will affect our regular season and Sectional play/competitiveness.
