2015 Junior Dixie Boys & Dixie Boys State Tournaments Greetings; As Athletic Superintendent of Brunswick County, it is my pleasure to welcome you to Southport-Oak Island for the 2015 Junior Dixie Boys and Dixie Boys State Tournaments. We are pleased to have North Carolina s most promising young baseball talent participating in these events. Participants should be encouraged that they are already winners and should feel pride in their accomplishments, both as teams and individuals. I encourage you to always strive to put forth your best effort in all that you do. In addition, I congratulate the players families and those who have volunteered their time to help instill values such as teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence and discipline in these young people.
