IMPACT SOURCING What is Impact Sourcing? According to the Rockefeller Foundation, Impact Sourcing is defined as outsourcing operations that benefit vulnerable populations with high unemployment rates. There are different advantages of implementing operations under the Impact Sourcing approach, both for the company and the community that receive such benefits: 1 Between 15% and 40% decrease in employee attrition rates, resulting from a greater employee commitment to the organization. Reduced installation costs. Around 70% in savings compared to operations in the United States or the United Kingdom. Inclusion of social responsibility within a corporate strategy. Why choose Colombia for Impact Sourcing operations? Colombia has made tremendous efforts in reducing poverty and extreme poverty.
