Unknown suspect(s) gained entry into a construction site and stole the victim s tools from a locked storage container. 1500 block of Av 3500 Edison Wy Stored Vehicle 460(b) PC Burglary There are no leads. Stored vehicle blocking a driveway. Deputy was dispatched on a report of a past commercial burglary. Unknown suspect(s) gained access to a storage yard by unknown means and stole several rolls of copper wire. There are no leads.

Deputy performed a traffic stop. Driver was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia during a search. A records check revealed he was on parole. He was arrested and booked into the SMC Jail. Unknown suspect posed as a customer service representative of a phone company. He requested the victim s identification, credit card information, and his social security number. No monetary loss was reported. There are no leads. Deputy took a report of a missing adult male. He was entered into the Missing Person System. He was located later that day and was removed from the Missing Person System. Deputies were dispatched on a report of a shoplifter who was detained by store personnel. Upon arrival, it was determined approximately $349 worth of items had been stolen. A search of the suspect s vehicle revealed he was in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. A records check revealed the driver had an active misdemeanor warrant with the unty Sheriff s Office. He was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and booked into the SMC Jail. Deputy performed a traffic stop. While approaching the vehicle, the deputy noticed three buckets filled with Dungeness crabs in the bed of the truck. It was determined the crabs were illegally caught since it is prohibited to take crabs out of season at this time of year. The victim immediately closed his company account after being informed by the bank of the fraudulent activity. There are no leads.
