CONGRESS INTRODUCTION About the French Neuroscience Society The French Neuroscience Society is a non-profit association of researchers belonging to the public or private sector, operating in all areas of neuroscience, from basic to applied research, experimental to clinical research. DESTINATION The convention centre Located at the heart of the economic district, hotels are settled in the neighbourhood. The convention centre stands near the calm of the lake while remaining close to the city centre (15 minutes by tramway). Convention Centre, is a modern brightly designed venue. A wide range of exhibition, meeting and reception areas, not to mention amphitheaters make the Convention Centre an ideal venue for organizing conventions, seminars, conferences and corporate meetings. SPONSORSHIP 5) Social Events & Services NeuroNight Party This party will take place on Thursday, 18 May in one of the most prominent festive places in Bordeaux, located close to the Garonne! It will bring together approximately 400 attendees in a relaxed atmosphere for a dining cocktail. Then the participants will be invited on the dance floor for the second part of the party. The price includes: An electrical box 1 exhibitor handbook per booth 2 free badges Exhibitors listing in the programme Exhibitors listing on the Symposium website The exhibition area is located in the Espace Pluriel of the Congress Centre. The coffee breaks, the bar, and the distribution of lunch bags will take place within the exhibition, as well as the poster sessions and the company presentation of the privileged partners with the Gold Package. The exhibition area is a privileged place with regular traffic during the whole conference! How to book Exhibition space can be booked from 1, September 2016, via the Exhibition and Sponsorship Ordering System (ESOS ).
