HOUSE MANUAL Units with WiFi signal, password is in router sticker (at kitchen countertop). We strongly recommend not to drink water directly from the faucets. Buy bottled water or request 25L jug of water to the concierge. Hot water is on demand. Turn on water in showers and wait a minute. Air Conditionings are controlled by the remote controls provided. We recommend to set them up in the HUMIDITY/DRY function marked with a water drop" in the remote. Press MODE button to set it up. Stove has a glass cover; please lift it up carefully before using it. Oven turns on manually with a lighter. Washer and dryer are for your full use, and detergent is provided. Try not to overload the dryer with plenty of towels. Put always small batches. Cleaning supplies are provided; please do not use bath or beach towels to clean. Recycling and non-recycling shed is just steps away of each building. Do not accumulate trash inside the unit; this will bring bugs inside the unit. A starting amenities kit (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, bottled water) is included. Please consider to buy or bring your own if your stay is longer. PROPERTY RULES Check-in: After 4PM Check-out: Before 11AM There are no early check-ins available. If you are arriving earlier than check-in time, you can wait at the onsite Wellness Center where you can use toilets, showers, pools, lounge area, bistro, etc. A fee of $50 USD applies in your security deposit for late check-out (after 11AM) without prior notice. After you check-in, please remember to pick up the letter from Bahia Principe Resort, which needs to be presented along with an official ID at the Club House, in order to get the bracelet(s) that will ensure the access to all the amenities at the resort, such as beach clubs and pools. Coolers, food and beverages are strictly prohibited within the beach clubs and pools inside the BP Resort complex; and also at the pools of the onsite Wellness Center. The complex is an exclusive residential area. All guests are to maintain a respectful behavior around the common areas, and avoid any activities causing disturbance or complaints from the neighbors, especially after 11PM.
The Tao community pool is open from 7AM to 9PM; coolers and food are permitted. A gas grill is ready for your use at the pool terrace. Be sure no kids are close-by the grill when using it. Onsite Wellness Center is open from 7AM to 5PM Monday thru Saturday. We strongly recommend to rent a car to move easily inside the complex and the region. If you drive to the property, kindly ensure your car is parked on dedicated parking spaces. Parking is free of charge in the residential community and all around the resort complex. Bath and beach towels are provided. Bath towels are not to be used as beach towels, or as any other use except for what they are meant to. Hot water is on demand. Please do not throw big amounts of paper in toilets as they can get clogged easily. Help us keep maintain our affordable rates: Electricity is the most valuable and expensive service in town. Save electricity and be environmentally friendly, by turning off the air conditioning and the lights when you are not using the bedrooms, and when absent from the unit. Excessive consumption of electricity (higher than the average usage of guests) can be subject to lose your security deposit. Outsiders (or friends staying at other properties) are not allowed to stay overnight. Bachelor or bachelorette parties are STRICTLY prohibited inside the property. SMOKING is STRICTLY prohibited inside the unit. PETS are STRICTLY prohibited inside the unit. Evidence of smoke within the unit or presence of a pet will incur an immediate loss of your security deposit. Our responsibility throughout your stay is to provide the property and all amenities in good working condition, be available to answer any questions, concerns and supervise maintenance, strive to solve any property maintenance problems as soon as possible after being notified. We will do our best to make your stay in our property as enjoyable as possible and make sure you come back to visit us again and again. However, no refund or rate adjustment will be made for unforeseen failures to appliances or any of the property operating features. It is the guest's obligation to report any problems or damage immediately to us. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the neighbors, property managers, or any security staff, including excessive noise, parties, throwing items from the terraces, destructing partially the property, or any behavior resulting in complaints from other tenants within the building may result in eviction, and in legal cases, notification of the authorities. In such cases, NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. We will not be held responsible for any cases of theft or replacement of stolen valuables from the unit during your stay. Therefore, you acknowledge you will be the sole responsible for the unit, and keep the entrance door closed and locked, as well as the terrace doors closed and locked while absent.
