WELCOME TO SPORTS CAMP COMMUNICATION In an effort to provide all of our campers and parents with better communication, we ask that every parent and/or guardian provide a valid email address. Weekly newsletters will be sent out to all participants highlighting important information in regard to field trips, activities, and/or other exciting information pertaining to camp. ARRIVING AND LEAVING CAMP Please use Loop Rd. that is located off of Meetinghouse Rd. by the campus entrance. Follow Loop Rd. all the way around the campus to the drop off point by the bus depot. This route will be marked with signs. Please pull up along the path to the drop off point, remain in your car and a YMCA camp counselor will assist your camper out of the car and into the building while you sign your camper in. You will be able to follow Loop Rd. to the exit. Children may be dropped off at camp as early as 7 am and picked up no later than 6 pm. If your child is picked up after 6 pm, the late fee is $1/minute per child for every minute they are here past 6:05 pm. Normal full-day camp hours are 9 am 4 pm. Each camper must be signed in and out by a parent or designated individual on a daily basis. Please provide photo ID when picking your child up. If you will be dropping your child off after 9 am, you will need to call the camp staff at (267) 784-8932. You still may follow Loop Rd. to the normal drop off point, but a counselor will need to be informed that you will be late so they can meet you with the sign in sheet. If you will be picking your child up before 4 pm, please give a note to the YMCA camp counselor when signing in your child.
