Our Story On Site Malta is the ideal partner for the organization of your event, be it an association meeting, conference, unique event, innovative incentive or exclusive program. Operational since the year 2000 and accredited with the Quality Assured Seal by the National Tourism Authority, with On Site Malta you bring on board a wealth of experience. Delivering an average of 42 events with approximately 5,000 delegates yearly and having organized Malta s milestone event of 7,000 pax and Malta s largest conference of 5,000 delegates, its knowledge and expertise has been tested on all levels: from the exclusive meeting for 10 VIPs, to the rewarding incentive for 100 achievers to conventions of 1000 delegates and more. On Site Malta s back bone is the dynamic team of 15 event experts, who communicate fluently in English, French, Italian, German, Dutch, Russian and Spanish and put all their energy, creativity, logistic and technical expertise into your event. Our Work Company: Event: No. Of Pax: Location: Financial Consultants 40 Year Company Anniversary Celebration 7,000 pax Valletta Waterfront and Cruise Port Two years of intricate planning, two weeks of set-up with over 300 crew members, and two days of intense rehearsals by the international artists and their troupes, led up to the largest event ever held in Malta which entertained some 7000 guests. The Valletta Waterfront, a busy, operational cruise port and business hub was the chosen venue, which was beautifully transformed for this special event. 6

The dynamic and innovative approach implemented allowed for the utilisation of the island s best assets for this Swedish cosmetics company s annual conference. 7
Our Work Company: EUPHA Event: European Public Health Conference 2012 No. Of Pax: 1,200 pax Location: St. Julian s The conference took place over four days and included a welcome reception hosted by His Excellency, Dr. George Abela, President of Malta, and a gala dinner at the Mediterranean Conference Centre, the former hospital of the Knights of St John. On Site Malta took care of the organisation of the event including registrations, accommodation, transportation and logistics of the Conference. 8
Our Work Company: Event: No. Of Pax: Location: Allianz Hess Club 2003 / Incentive 800 pax Malta & Gozo On Site Malta was chosen as the local DMC to take care of the full organisation of the event including accommodation, dinners, transfers and the programme. The historical venue of Manoel Island, which enjoys a backdrop of Valletta, was converted into a gala dinner venue for this event. The guests were brought to the venue directly from their hotels, on exclusive boats chartered especially for the occasion. 9
Our Work Company: Scania Event: Scania France Product Launch 2006 No. Of Pax: 500 pax Location: Malta & Gozo Five hundred buyers came to Malta to see, drive and fully experience the new range of trucks which were all transported from France. The back-to-back itineraries were a mixture of culture, adventure and exclusivity and effective logistic planning permitted Scania customers to test drive their vehicles on all terrains. 10
