Summer Camp Sessions - 2018 Camps are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. To maintain the quality of our programs, we reserve the right to limit size, or to cancel a camp if insufficient registrations are received. Due to the nature of some of the camp activities (i.e. art projects, parts in presentations, etc.) it is necessary that all campers attend each day. Complete the registration form below and return with appropriate fee (as listed below) to Sandra Flurer in the school s front office. The attached Medical Form should also be returned with this registration. Refund Policy: After June 1, 2018, refunds of prepaid fees cannot be made, or transferred to other school accounts. Cancellation Policy: Occasionally insufficient registration means that we may have to cancel a camp. If we cannot offer an acceptable substitute, the fee for that camp will be fully refunded.
