AGGIE PACK/UC DAVIS STUDENT SEATING The UC Davis Aggie Pack is the largest student-spirit organization in the nation. It is free for UC Davis students, and members receive many benefits including free admission to regular season home UC Davis contests weekly updates on Aggie Athletics and much more. BEHAVIOR GUIDELINES: UC Davis and the NCAA promote good sporting behavior by student-athletes, coaches and spectators, and requests your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial or sexist comments, or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition. Also, spectators are prohibited from entering the playing area. Violators will be removed from the facility. ENTRANCE: Students will be asked to enter through the student entrance at the Southeast Gate (facing Schaal Aquatics Center). Student admission will be only valid at this entrance with valid UC Davis Student ID. SEATING: Aggie Pack student seating is located in Sections 104-106. Students may also sit in the UC Davis Children s Hospital Family Zone as space permits. Sitting in any other section requires a ticket for the desired location. Only UC Davis students with a valid UC Davis ID will be permitted in the student section. AGGIE PRIDE OUTLET The Aggie Pride Outlet, the authentic UC Davis apparel store at Aggie Stadium, is located near the Northeast Gate (Main Entrance). It will open 60 minutes prior to kickoff and close 15 minutes after every game. ALCOHOL The sale of beer by selected vendors is now available at all UC Davis home games. The consumption of approved alcohol is also permitted in the Bruce Edwards Club Room, Streng-Taormino-Warren Grove, TeamAGGIE/Tailgate Field, Lot 56, and the Kickoff Street Party. All other alcoholic beverages are prohibited from Aggie Stadium. Violators are subject to Student Judicial Affairs and/or Police policy. Section 101 is also an alcohol-free zone. ANIMALS For the comfort and safety of our guests, only certified special assistance animals or animals in training will be allowed into Aggie Stadium. All other animals are prohibited. AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINES There are no ATMs located in Aggie Stadium. Nearby ATMs can be found at the Activities & Recreation Center (ARC), the Silo Union, and the University Mall. However, the Aggie Pride Outlet and Concession Stands accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. 2016 UC DAVIS FOOTBALL GAMEDAY 40
BABY-CHANGING STATIONS Baby-changing stations can be found in the family restrooms located throughout Aggie Stadium. BAGS, CONTAINERS & COOLERS All bags (including purses, fanny packs, and backpacks) are subject to search before being allowed into Aggie Stadium. Any prohibited items (see: Prohibited Items) will not be allowed into the stadium. Bags shall be small enough to fit completely under one seat (occupied by bag s owner), and shall be so kept at all times to maintain clear aisles, walkways, and stairs. Hard sided cases and coolers are prohibited. BEVERAGE CONTAINERS For the safety of our guests and players, glass and metal/aluminum beverage containers are prohibited inside Aggie Stadium. Unopened plastic containers with water only will be allowed. BICYCLES Bicycle Parking is available near the Northeast Main Entrance of Aggie Stadium. For the safety of others, bicycles will not be permitted inside the stadium. BRUCE EDWARDS CLUB ROOM The Bruce Edwards Club Room, located on the west side of the stadium, is a limited access stadium lounge reserved for TeamAGGIE donors at the Champion ($2500+ annual gift) level and above. TeamAGGIE credentials are required for entrance to the halftime hospitality events. Special pregame and postgame functions are held in the Club Room. 42 2017 UC DAVIS FOOTBALL GAMEDAY
BUS SERVICE Unitrans will be providing regular bus service on game days. Check the Unitrans website at unitrans.ucdavis.edu for more information on pick-up locations and times. CAMERAS Handheld cameras are allowed inside Aggie Stadium. Camera stands and tripods are not permitted. Camera usage may not block the view of other fans. CODE OF CONDUCT UC Davis is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests at Aggie Stadium. Our staff will support an environment where guests can enjoy the Aggie experience free from unacceptable behavior, including the following: *Foul/abusive language or obscene gestures *Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption *Displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting *Obscene or indecent clothing *Any disruption of the game or event, including throwing of objects or trespassing on the playing field or in restricted areas *Sitting in a location other than the guest s ticketed seat *Fighting, taunting, or making threatening remarks or gestures Any guest not adhering to the above code or behaving in an unruly manner will be removed from the stadium. UC Davis Event Management reserves the right to determine what is unruly or unacceptable behavior, warranting removal. If anyone is interfering with your enjoyment of our facility, please contact the nearest Event Management representative for assistance. CONCESSIONS Aggie Stadium boasts more than 15 points of sale ranging from Buckhorn Grill, Woodstock s Pizza, University Concessions plus other various food trucks and kioks. Cash and credit cards are accepted at all concessions, while Aggie Cash is accepted at specific locations. DISABILITY SERVICES SPECIAL REQUESTS: Intercollegiate Athletic is committed to making its sports events accessible to persons with disabilities. If you need an accommodation to attend a UC Davis sports event, please contact our event staff at least two weeks prior to the event with your request for accommodation. Please note that the University may not be able to provide accommodations that are not requested within this time frame. turn-in located on the west side of the stadium off of Health Sciences Drive. Drivers are asked to limit their use of this zone to five minutes so that others may have access. Please note, the drop-off area will not be accessible one hour prior to game start time due to road closures. PARKING: UC Davis hosts a number of parking lots within a short distance of Aggie Stadium. Each lot is equipped with a number of spaces for vehicles with a valid disabled parking placard/plate. In addition, the Athletics Department has set aside reserved spaces in Lot 56 for those with limited mobility. SEATING: Prior to the game day, reserved seating for guests with disabilities and wheelchairs are available for purchase from the UC Davis Ticket Office at (530) 752-2471. Please notify the ticket sales representative of any special needs you may have. On game day, patrons will be accommodated as space allows. Seating for guests with disabilities is available at each price level at Aggie Stadium. RESTROOMS: All restrooms have been constructed in compliance with current ADA requirements, and are available throughout Aggie Stadium. DRINKING FOUNTAINS There are four public drinking fountains located at Aggie Stadium. EMERGENCY PROCEDURES Emergency routes and procedures have been pre-determined by the acting public safety personnel (Fire, Police, Facility Management). In the event of an emergency please stay calm, and follow the direction of the public address announcer, posted emergency signage, or the nearest event management personnel. Emergency exits are located throughout the stadium and are labeled accordingly. ENTRY SEARCH For the safety of our guests, each patron is subject to a bag search upon entry to Aggie Stadium for prohibited items. Patrons not agreeing to this search may be denied entry. EXIT & RE-ENTRY Exit and re-entry will not be allowed through each gate. FIELD ACCESS Under no circumstances may a patron enter the playing field without proper authorization during pre-game and in-game. Violators will be removed from the stadium. Only staff or persons with proper credentials may enter the field through the the designated field entrances or Stadium Tunnel. Fans will be allowed onto Jim Sochor Field following the end of the game once staff and security personnel has secured the field. FIRST AID General first aid will be available in the Fan Assistance Area, located next to the Southwest Gate. This tent will be attended starting one hour prior to the start of the game until 30 minutes after the game has concluded. They are for general first-aid only; any emergency should be relayed to the nearest guest services or security person. FOOD & DRINK PERMITTED: Light snacks or modest amounts of food for personal consumption such as sliced/quartered fruit, cookies, chips, crackers, nuts and sandwiches. Factory-sealed bottled water, sealed single-serving juice boxes and baby formula/food, plus food from stadium vendors at the tailgate is also permitted. Food should be able to fit into a backpack or hand bag. In order to maintain zero waste we are encouraging the use of compostable bags and reusable plastic containers that can fit into your backpack. GATES NORTHEAST GATE (Main Entrance): Ticket office staff, ticket holders, UC Davis students, player/coach pass lists and prospects. Those on the visiting team pass list should report to Window 9. NORTHEAST CORRIDOR: TeamAGGIE members. WEST GATE: Media/staff, ticket holders. SOUTHWEST GATE: Ticket holders. GUEST SERVICES UC Davis is committed to providing the ultimate fan experience when attending an Aggie Athletic event. The Fan Assistance room is located behind section 120. LOST & FOUND All lost & found can be turned in and/or claimed at the Security Command Center located in the northeast corner of the stadium next to the Ticket Office. This location will open one hour prior to the start of the game and close 30 minutes after the completion of the game. All items will be held at the police station after the game. LYFT PICK-UP As a new feature for the 2017 season, a Lyft pick-up area will be available near the Transportation And Parking Services lot. PROHIBITED ITEMS Articifal noisemakers (e.g. vuvuzelas, duck calls, etc.), musical instruments (e.g. cowbells, whistles, etc.), bicycles, chairs, hard-sided coolers, glass/aluminum containers, outside food or beverages other than those purchased in the stadium or listed under Food & Drink above, open water bottles, soda, large food containers that do not fit in a backpack, pets/animals, tripods/camera stands, umbrellas, weapons. SECURITY & POLICE The Security Command Center is located adjacent to the Ticket Office near the East Gate (Main Entrance). SMOKING POLICY UC Davis is a smoke and tobacco free campus. No smoking or use of tobacco products, including e-cigarettes,are allowed on the UC Davis campus. VEHICLE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM UC Davis Transportation and Parking Services (TAPS) provide complimentary vehicle assistance for motorists including: lock-out service, tire inflation, ride to gas station, and jump starts. For vehicle assistance, call (530) 752-3729. ZERO WASTE Aggie Stadium has been the nation s first Zero Waste college stadium since 2007, winning several national recycling challenges along the way. Zero Waste means that we recycle or compost rather than sending our waste to the landfill. Please recycle and compost your food items properly, pack zero-waste items.
