Aggie Stadium A-Z Guide AGGIE BLUE UC Davis Athletics encourages fans to wear Aggie Blue to all home athletic contests. Show your Aggie Pride and Wear Aggie Blue. AGGIE PACK The UC Davis Aggie Pack is the largest student-spirit organization in the nation. It is free for UC Davis students, and members receive many benefits including free admission to regular season home UC Davis contests weekly updates on Aggie Athletics and much more. Behavior Guidelines: UC Davis and the NCAA promote good sporting behavior by studentathletes, coaches and spectators, and requests your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial or sexist comments, or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition. Also, spectators are prohibited from entering the playing area. Violators will be removed from the facility. Entrance: Students will be asked to enter through the student entrance at the East Gate (Main Entrance). Student admission will be only valid at this entrance with valid UC Davis Student ID. Seating: Aggie Pack student seating will be in Sections 104-106 for the 2013 season. All games prior to the start of Fall Quarter are subject to change. Students sitting outside the reserved student sections must purchase a ticket for the desired location. ONLY UC Davis students with a valid UC Davis ID will be permitted in the student section. AGGIE PRIDE OUTLET The Aggie Pride Outlet is the authentic Aggie apparel store at Aggie Stadium. See Merchandise for more details. ALCOHOL Alcoholic Beverages are PROHIBITED inside the stadium and surrounding areas. The exceptions to this are pre-approved sites, the Bruce Edwards Club Room, Streng-Taormino-Warren Grove/ TeamAGGIE Tailgate lot, and the Aggie Tailgate Field. Violators are subject to Student Judicial Affairs and/or Police policy. ANIMALS For the comfort and safety of our guests, only certified special assistance animals or animals in training will be allowed into Aggie Stadium. All other animals are prohibited.

ATM There are NO ATMs located in Aggie Stadium. Nearby ATMs can be found at the Activities & Recreation Center (ARC), the Silo Union, and the University Mall. However, the Aggie Pride Outlet and Concession Stands accept Visa, Matercard, Discover and American Express. BABY-CHANGING STATIONS Baby-changing stations can be found in the family restrooms located throughout Aggie Stadium. BAGS, CONTAINERS & COOLERS All bags (including purses, fanny packs, and backpacks) are subject to search before being allowed into Aggie Stadium. All prohibited items (see: Prohibited Items) will not be allowed into the stadium. Bags shall be small enough to fit completely under one seat (occupied by bag s owner), and shall be so kept at all times to maintain clear aisles, walkways, and stairs. Hard sided cases and coolers are prohibited. BAND-UH! The California Aggie Marching Band (CAMB) is one of the proudest, most spirited, and most loved organizations on the UC Davis Campus. Committed to representing the University and supporting the UC Davis campus and athletic teams, the Aggie Band has been an important part of campus spirit and tradition since its establishment in 1929. Traditions have been passed down through generations of band members, many of which continue today. BEVERAGE CONTAINERS For the safety of our guests and players, glass and metal/aluminum beverage containers are prohibited inside Aggie Stadium. Unopened plastic containers with water only will be allowed. BICYCLES Bicycle Parking is available near the East Entrance of Aggie Stadium. For the safety of others, bicycles will not be permitted inside the stadium. BROADCASTS Most Aggie Football games will be broadcast on radio KHTK 1140AM and www.ucdavisaggies.com. Some Select Aggie games will be televised on Comcast SportsNet. Check www.ucdavisaggies.com for dates, times and channels. BRUCE EDWARDS CLUB ROOM The Bruce Edwards Club Room, located on the west side of the stadium behind club seating sections, is a limited access stadium lounge reserved for TeamAGGIE donors. Special wristbands are required for entrance at halftime. Special pregame and postgame functions will be held in the Club Room. The Club Room is also available for private special events. For more information, call CES at (530) 752-2813. BUS SERVICE Unitrans will be providing regular bus service to Aggie Stadium on game days. Check the Unitrans website at http://unitrans.ucdavis.edu/ for more information on pick-up locations and times.

CAMERAS Handheld cameras are allowed inside Aggie Stadium. Camera stands and tripods are not permitted. CAUSEWAY CLASSIC The Causeway Classic (annual game vs. Sacramento State) will be held at Aggie Stadium every other year. Some policies and/or rates may change for this game. Please visit our website for more information on the Causeway Classic, www.ucdavisaggies.com CODE OF CONDUCT UC Davis is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests at Aggie Stadium. Our staff will support an environment where guests can enjoy the Aggie experience free from unacceptable behavior, including the following: *Foul/abusive language or obscene gestures *Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption *Displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting *Obscene or indecent clothing *Any disruption of the game or event, including throwing of objects or trespassing on the playing field or in restricted areas *Sitting in a location other than the guest's ticketed seat *Fighting, taunting, or making threatening remarks or gestures Any guest not adhering to the above code or behaving in an unruly manner will be removed from the stadium. UC Davis Event Management reserves the right to determine what is unruly or unacceptable behavior, warranting removal. If anyone is interfering with your enjoyment of our facility, please contact the nearest Event Management representative for assistance. CONCESSIONS Aggie Stadium boasts 32 permanent concession points of sale, plus portable specialty concession stands. Two permanent concession stands are located on each side of the concourse level. Cash and credit cards will be accepted at concession stands. Standard stadium food will be served at all concession stands. DIRECTIONS Aggie Stadium is located at the corner of Hutchison and La Rue Roads on the UC Davis Campus, adjacent to Schaal Aquatics Center. The southwest campus location offers amenities such as plentiful parking and easy freeway access. Best route to Aggie Stadium: Take 1-80 towards Davis From I-80, take HWY 113 North towards Woodland Exit Hutchison Blvd and merge to the right towards campus Take Hutchison past the stadium to the West Entry Parking Structure, or continue on towards your parking lot of choice (see parking map).

Please note that the University may not be able to provide accommodations that are not requested within this time frame. Each lot is equipped with a number of spaces for vehicles with a valid disabled parking placard/plate. In addition, the Athletic Department has set aside 50 reserved spaces in Lot 56 for those with limited mobility. Drop-Off: The best drop-off location for guests with disabilities is the stadium turnin located on the west side of the stadium off of Health Sciences Drive. Drivers are asked to limit their use of this zone to five minutes so that others may have access. Stadium Entry: Each of the three stadium entries are equipped to accommodate guests with disabilities. For further assistance, please ask a ticket taker or guest services representative upon entry. Seating: Prior to the game day, reserved seating for guests with disabilities and wheelchairs are available for purchase from the UC Davis Ticket Office. Please notify the ticket sales representative of any special needs you may have. On game day, patrons will be accommodated as space allows. Seating for guests with disabilities is available at each price level at Aggie Stadium. Restrooms: All restrooms have been constructed in compliance with current ADA requirements, and are available throughout Aggie Stadium. DRINKING FOUNTAINS There are four public drinking fountains located at Aggie Stadium. They can be found at the restroom buildings located behind sections 103, 107, 120, and 124. EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

Emergency routes and procedures have been pre-determined by the acting public safety personnel (Fire, Police, Facility Management). In the event of an emergency please stay calm, and follow the direction of the Public Address Announcer, posted emergency signage, or the nearest event management personnel. Emergency exits are located throughout the stadium and are labeled accordingly. ENTRY SEARCH For the safety of our guests, each patron is subject to a bag search upon entry to Aggie Stadium for prohibited items. Patrons not agreeing to this search may be denied entry. EXIT & RE-ENTRY Exit and re-entry will NOT be allowed through each gate. FIELD ACCESS Under no circumstances may a patron enter the playing field without proper authorization, including post-game. Violators will be removed from the stadium. Properly credentialed persons may enter the field through the Northwest Ramp or Stadium Tunnel. FIELD SURFACE The Aggies new playing field is a Sportexe Synthetic Field (Monofilament), covering over 104,000 square feet of playing surface. FIRST AID General First Aid will be available in the Fan Assistance Room, located behind Section 120. This room will be attended starting one hour prior to the start of the game until 30 minutes after the game has concluded. They are for general firstaid only; any emergency should be relayed to the nearest guest services or security person. FOOD & DRINK No outside food or drink (aside from unopened bottled water) will be allowed into Aggie Stadium. GATES There are three entry gates at Aggie Stadium. Ticket-holding guests may enter through the following gates. Each gate will open approximately 60 minutes prior to kick-off. *Ticket Office: East Gate (Main Entrance) *Ticket Holder Entry: Any Gate *UC Davis Students: East Gate *Media/Staff: West Gate *Player/Coach Pass List, Home & Visitor, Prospects: East Game (Main Entrance) *TeamAggie: Northeast Cooridor GUEST SERVICES UC Davis is committed to providing the ultimate fan experience when attending an Aggie Athletic event. This location will open one hour prior to the start of the game and close 30 minutes after the completion of the game. MEDIA GUIDES Media Guides for UC Davis Football are available for download at our website, www.ucdavisaggies.com. MERCHANDISE Aggie Stadium invites you to support the Aggie Football Team by wearing Aggie apparel. The Aggie Pride Outlet is located near the East Gate (Main Entrance), and will open one hour prior to kick-off and close 15 minutes after every game. PARKING & TRANSPORTATION Please be sure to allow plenty of time for arriving, parking, and entering Aggie Stadium on game days. Remember, there are thousands of fans attending every Aggie Football Game. Lots: Parking will be available in most lots near Aggie Stadium for a fee of $8. Day of game tailgating lot 56 will have a price of $25. Non-event lots on campus may be available on game days free of charge. Please view the parking map for lot locations and proximity to Aggie Stadium. RV Parking: RV parking will be available in all parking lots except for the West Entry Parking Structure, North Field and Lot 56. RVs will be required to pay $8 for each space they occupy. Hours:

All parking lots on game days will open three hours prior to kickoff unless otherwise posted. Parking Lot 56 and the North Field will open four hours prior to kickoff. POSTSEASON TICKETS In years when the Aggie Football team has qualified for post-season play, all season ticket holders will receive priority privileges on purchasing tickets. All ticketing procedures will be detailed and released at that time. PREGAME ACTIVITIES Aggie Tailgate Field is now the destination of choice for all Aggie fans prior to every home game. The improved Tailgate Field will include all season-long tailgate pass holders, the TeamAGGIE donor tent, music and activities for fans of all ages. We hope to fill this field with Aggie Blue prior to every home game and welcome the football players as they will walk through the field two hours prior to kickoff. Visit ucdavisaggies.com for more information. TAILGATING AT AGGIE FOOTBALL Tailgating is permitted in lot 56 and the Aggie Tailgate Field. The use of gas BBQs is permitted. Charcoal or briquette BBQs with an open flame are NOT permitted in any tailgating areas or parking lots. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in all but the two pre-approved tailgating areas. SMOKING POLICY UC Davis is a smoke and tobacco free campus. No smoking or use of tobacco products including e-cigarretes are allowed on the UC Davis campus. SPECIAL EVENTS

SPIRIT SQUAD The UC Davis Spirit Squad is made up of the UC Davis Cheer Team and the UC Davis Dance Team. They perform at pre-game functions and throughout the game. Purchase: The best way to purchase tickets to Aggie Football is through ucdavisaggies.com. It is likely that many UC Davis Football games will sell-out. Advanced ticket purchase is recommended. Tickets may be purchased in person at the UC Davis Ticket Office located at Aggie Stadium Ticket Office from Noon to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Ticket Office accepts cash, check (made payable to UC Regents), Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Tickets also will be available for purchase at the game starting two hours before the scheduled kick-off time at the East Gate (Main Entrance) Ticket Office. A small number of tickets may be released on gameday, but we encourage fans to purchase ticketes in advance.

Ticket orders may be placed by phone at (530) 752-AGS1. General admission tickets will be available for pick up in advance or at will call with picture identification. Note: The UC Davis Ticket Office has a limited number of incoming phone lines. You may encounter busy signals or moderate hold times when calling during peak periods. Tickets are also available on-line through ucdavisaggies.com Convenience and handling fees will be added to all on-line ticket purchases. Special Circumstances: *Infants who will sit in the lap of their parent/guardian will be granted free admission. *Children 5 years and younger will receive a free admission to the Family End Zone (lawn) seating with a paying adult. *Children of any age occupying a seat in either the reserved sections, or general admission sections, will be required to purchase a ticket. Will Call: Will Call ticket pick-up will be located at the East Gate (Main Entrance) Ticket Office. Will Call windows will open two hours prior to the scheduled kickoff. Valid photo identification that matches the name of the individual who purchased the tickets must be presented to claim tickets. UC Davis & Visitor Player Pass Lists: Player Pass Lists will be located at the Ticket Office near the East Gate (Main Entrance). A valid photo identification that matches the name on the pass list must be presented to gain complimentary admission. Fan Flex Passes: Fan Flex Passes are no longer valid at UC Davis Football games. Lost or Stolen Ticket: Treat your UC Davis Football game tickets like cash. Tickets cannot be refunded or replaced if forgotten, lost or destroyed. Stolen tickets will be reprinted when accompanied by a police report and may be charged a handling fee. Visiting Team Section: Visiting team complimentary tickets and consignment tickets will be available in section 108. Please call the Ticket Office for more information. TICKET OFFICE The UC Davis Ticket Office will operate near the East Gate (Main Entrance) for all UC Davis Football Games. The Ticket Office will open one window 9 a.m. prior to kickoff and all windows two hours before kickoff.
