To confirm places we require a deposit of 100 per person signed booking form for each booking (to be sent on request) Whilst the travelling schedule on our holidays shall
impose no problems for people of any age in normal physical health, we should like to point out that we visit many historical sites and often enjoy walking tours of various places of interest. Some holidays, therefore, may not be suitable for clients of greatly impaired mobility. If you have impaired mobility you agree to advise us at time of booking. Please bear in mind that the agreed price for this tailormade tour is guaranteed unless changes made by you to the passenger numbers or the itinerary content incur additional costs. The price as agreed would also need to be adjusted should the number of passengers drop below the minimum the tour was costed for if members cancel on/before the balance due date of 8 weeks prior to travel. This is of course a separate issue to the applicable cancellation charges that the cancelling passenger(s) would also incur. To confirm places we would need a signed booking form per room plus 100 per person deposit. Your cheques should all come individually attached to their booking forms, made payable to Riviera Travel, or credit card details supplied in lieu. The balance would then be due on or before 8 weeks prior to departure. For individual confirmations to their own home addresses, please make sure they all complete the Client Details section on the booking form with their contact details. They also then need to complete the Passenger Details section with the names of those sharing the room. If anyone who wishes to travel is still to decide on
insurance, they can put TBA in the relevant space on the booking form at this stage. When their confirmation comes out to them, they will have a 2nd sheet attached showing any missing information that we will still need before the balance is paid. The same goes for the individual passport information whilst not obligatory to be completed on the booking form, the information is required in advance of travel,. We will also ensure that as soon as the group have booked, a full list of the names and room types as confirmed will come to the group leader for reference.. Riviera Travel looks forward to welcoming your group once again! ******************** Coffee Morning - Your last Chance This year The last summer coffee morning will be on Thursday August 4th in Portstewart Golf Club.
