NOTICE: This document supersedes and nullifies all previous versions of Beaver Lake Access Area Summaries, Beaver Lake Access Area surveys, or other information pertaining to Beaver Lake access areas. PURPOSE: The purpose of this document is to provide the membership with a summary of all the Beaver Lake access areas around the lake showing where all are located and the accommodations included on each lot. This access lot survey includes all lots owned by the Beaver Lake Association dedicated to the use by its membership. These lots include access areas, restricted areas, community areas, and block lots. The survey shows pictures of the location of the lot on a map of the lake, the view from the road, and the view from the lake. Also included is a description of the lot, the accoutrements provided, and some notes about the lot. Access Areas Covered in this summary: Key: Access Lot (AL), Reserve Lot (RL), Community Lot (CL), Special Use Lot (SL), and Block lots (Block). They are shown in the order below: Access Lots (26 each): 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 335, 453, 454, 462, 635, 719, 906, 968, 1030B, 1059, 1229, 1466, 1523, 1669, 1860, 2100, 2101 Block Lots (3 covered): Block C, F, G Community Lots (2 covered): CL 14 and 15 Reserve Lots (8 covered): 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12 Special Use Lots (1 covered): SU 7 Campgrounds Walking Trails Access areas with docks: AL1, AL3, AL5, AL1466, AL1669, AL1860, CL14, RL3, RL6, RL10, RL12, SU7, boat ramp, and clubhouse. RECOMMENDATIONS: Members in good standing are encouraged to recommend changes to our access areas as outlined in this summary. These recommendations should be forwarded to the Property and Safety Committee which meets on the first Monday of the month at 7pm at the clubhouse. Consult the web site news section at www.beaverlakene.org for changes to meeting times and dates. Note: Some pictures may be a little outdated since properties are in continuous maintenance and periodically upgrade. Pictures are indicative of what the lots generally look like. Located at the southeast part of the Association in the mobile home section with an access road on the south side of the lot. Has one picnic table, a merry-go-round, two seesaws, a play ladder, and swing set. Nice play area for kids. Lot Number: RL 3 Site Location: Water Plant, Oxford Ct. Notes: Located near water treatment plant and dam at the end of Oxford Ct. Off- road parking lot and nice dock. One picnic table. 18

Accessible via Beaver Lake Blvd. Lot Number: RL 7 Site Location: South of lake on Beaver Lake Blvd Views From Road/Parking Area Notes: Located off Beaver Lake Blvd. near the south water tower. Has swing, see saw, table, and trashcan on large open lot. Parking area available. No lake access. 19

Lot Number: RL 8 Site Location: End of cove C, south side of lake Notes: Nice mature shade trees. Located off Beaver Lake Blvd. Lot Number: RL 10 Site Location: SE cove (A), east side Notes: Located at the end of Beaver Ct. cul-de-sac. Long, winding one lane road in/out. Nice gravel parking area near lake. Two grills, two fire pits, dock with ramp, picnic table(s), and portable toilet. Great place for small campfire and fishing. 20

Lot Number: RL 11 Site Location: SW cove SW end next to AL 1229 Notes: Located at Beaver Lake Blvd. and Fire Road. Picnic table(s) and one fixed bench. Parking is shared with AL1229. Lot Number: RL 12 Site Location: SW cove, west side Notes: Nice flat lot. Located off Beaver Lake Blvd. One grill, picnic table, fishing table, and dock with ramp access and trashcan. 21

Lot Number: SU 7 Site Location: North end of dam Notes: Located at end of Weeping Water Ct. near boat ramps and dam. Large parking area (shared with overflow parking from boat ramps). One picnic table, grill, and fixed bench. Dock with cleats. 22

Beaver Lake Access Area Summary Lot Number: Campgrounds Site Location: Campgrounds, Murray Rd From Road/Lake Notes: Located at the east end of Murray Road by Pawnee Lane. Large parking area for 9 campers. Great views and includes refurbished bathroom and shower, sewage deposit for campers, electricity, many picnic tables, several campfire pits, and trash containers. There is a charge for using this facility. Bottom picture shows entrance to Nature Preserve Trail from campgrounds. See below. 23

The Beaver Lake Nature Preserve east of the water plant is an area which is enjoyable for walking and viewing. The following pictures depict the Nature Trail part of the preserve beginning with the entryway along the north side of the water plant fence and continues to the area close to the tree ravine. The path extends to the campground (not shown). The map above is a rough overview of what is along the trail. 24

Pipeline Walking Trail There is also a walking course on the west side of the community, near the pipeline. This path, on Reserve Lot 5, is marked by signs and is accessible from Beaver Lake Blvd. or Elk Lane. The Association mows walking paths here for our members' enjoyment and use. The map below shows the trail route. 28
